Jednak ekran potwierdzający wskazał, że wniosek nie może zostać anulowany lub zwrotny w tym hotelu. Pieniądze zostały faktycznie obciążone moją kartą kredytową BEZ dnia, w którym miałem się zameldować. To jest praktyka biznesowa UNETIKAŁ. Zastanawiam się, czy skarga Biura Najlepszego Biznesu powinna być skierowana do TRIP.COM. Odwołałem rezerwację i musiałem przejść przez proces dyskusji o opłatach z moją firmą kart kredytowych. Z powodu tej frustracji, nigdy nie zarezerwuję rezerwacji w tym hotelu I NIE ZAWIERAJ NIE ZAWIERAJ Trip.com. Jesteście obydwoje kłamcami ONETICAL! Jeśli chodzi o mnie, możesz wziąć swoje monety podróżne i wysadzić je w dupę!"

"Not a good experience at all. The physical appearance of the exterior of the facility looked inviting. Could barely understand the guy at the front desk due to a language barrier. Got to our room and it reeked immensely of a pine scent that I guess they sprayed all over the carpet because I couldn’t find a room deodorizer of any kind in the room. Couldn’t open the window as it was not made to be opened. Cranked the fan on the AC unit just to get some air movement as our eyes and throats were burning . Thought about asking for a different room but I’m sure it would have smelled the same way, as the hallways also smelled of the same strong fragrance. The bed was hard as a rock and we both tossed and turned most of the night just to wake up to a back ache. Sheets didn’t smell very clean either. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was very weak. Here’s a pic of how dirty the bathroom light switch was. Disgusting… I don’t know how this place had such high ratings before I booked the room. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ now for what I paid and we went through. Avoid at all costs…"
