"When we arrived the place and view is ABSOLUTELY stunning , my family had come before to have a drink inside and because it was so nice they decided to book it for my mother’s birthday . We ordered 2 tapas and they came and while we were still eating they started to being our main for only 3 out of 8 . Another couple didn’t even get their meal and the rest were cold. The two tartiflette was cold but had to eat it because of how long the wait was and I was starving , the duck was tough and not new meat and the chicken was cold . We complained to the manager and said she didn’t want to see our face again and didn’t apologise and also she forgot what time the booking was for . So overall I would never ever go again."

"This was my first visit but it won’t be my last. It had been a long time since I had stayed in a Chalet and even longer since I last skied the Portes du Soleil. Jane the host made me feel very welcome. Most of the other guests were return visitors but I felt very welcome. Eating wonderful food around a large table with like minded guests led to a very relaxed atmosphere which continued on the ski slopes. Jane’s advice on where to ski, the availability of the transport taking and collecting us everywhere made the skiing experience perfect. Jane skiing with us on occasions leading us to wonderful mountain restaurants meant that I had one of the best ski trips ever. Now I know how wonderful the Chalet Bluebell, the Staff and the skiing is. I will return. I loved it. Thanks"

"apartment large enough for 3 cleanliness to be reviewed. We stayed 2 weeks without being warned before our arrival that there would be a real estate project under construction right in front of the apartment, impossible to eat on the balcony, the open window was barely bearable. The work began at 8:15 a.m. and finished at 5:30 p.m. Otherwise the 2 swimming pools are very small. No inventory on arrival, the sheets are given without being laminated like that, barely folded. The photos on the site do not live up to the result, move on."

"The hotel is a 7 minute drive up from Les Gets so a car is very handy although there is a bus service. The bar/restaurant area is brilliant and we used it a lot, for breakfast, one dinner and apres ski. All the big football, rugby and F1 events could be watched too. It would be ski in/out if there was enough snow although it was only a 50 yard walk to the piste. The outside terrace has lovely views. Breakfast buffet was OK, nothing special. Our room, for 5, was a bit cramped over two floors. Two bathrooms but only one toilet which was tricky at times. There's a boot room with warmers and a sperate ski hut plus a luggage room with a shower/toilet, Overall not bad at all!"
