"Nice enough hotel. AC rooms which is a blessing when you're returning from the Amazon, a nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself is pretty basic so don't expect frills of any sort. The wifi is terrible, you have to move around in the lounge area (no AC, happy mozzies!) to find the best signal. I would give it 3 stars but the staff is so friendly and helpful (a special shout out to the restaurant manager at breakfast) and the fact that there is WiFi at all ups this to a more deserving 4 stars! Will definitely stay here if I'm ever in Leticia again."

"A modern hotel with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had. The breakfast was basic eggs and coffee with a plate of fruit. On the downside there was no toiletries provided in the room and they needed constant reminders to provide towels. For a night after an Amazon jungle tour it is okay and annoyingly you must hand key to reception when you leave even if popping across road to the shop"

The restaurant is small and intimate, with very rich food and always accompanied by a nice music that makes the experience even more special. The hotel is a very good place to provide peace, personalized care and quality in every detail."

"Byłem bardzo rozczarowany usługą hotelową. Byliśmy w mieście i szukaliśmy hotelu, który moglibyśmy cieszyć się po naszej wycieczce w dżungli. Zostaliśmy pokazani przestronny pokój z królewskim łóżkiem i dużo miejsca, które było idealne. Kiedy wróciliśmy do hotelu, otrzymaliśmy okropny pokój na trzecim drzwi zasłony padł, gdy próbowaliśmy zamknąć ślepki, wifi połączenie było niskie, bardzo ograniczona przestrzeń i otwarte okno z bug latającym w nim. Pokój 1 na 5. Zapytaliśmy, czy można przenieść jedną grupę, ale mój mąż i ja powiedzieli mi, że nie ma innych pokoi. Była jedna osoba, która mówiła po angielsku, ale nie chciała pomóc. Byłem bardzo niezadowolony z usługi. Zdecydowałem się sprawdzić online i różne pokoje były nadal dostępne. Wróciłem do frontu i został ignorowany. Naprawdę nieszanowany i niedobry obsługa. W końcu dostałem pokój na pierwszym piętrze. Basen był miły i tak był pokój. Wszyscy w są imprezy były zmęczone i po prostu chciał odpocząć. Nie polecam tego hotelu stres i brak usług nie było warte są czas. Ten incydent spowodował stres i stratę na godzinę naszego czasu. Nie lubiłem kłamać, że było dużo pokoi, które były dostępne tylko jedną noc. Niestety nie mam zdjęcia pokoju na 3 piętrze. Była mniejsza niż 1/2 rozmiar pomieszczenia 1 piętro i łóżko rozmiaru króla rzadko pasuje do pokoju."
