"Nice enough hotel. AC rooms which is a blessing when you're returning from the Amazon, a nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself is pretty basic so don't expect frills of any sort. The wifi is terrible, you have to move around in the lounge area (no AC, happy mozzies!) to find the best signal. I would give it 3 stars but the staff is so friendly and helpful (a special shout out to the restaurant manager at breakfast) and the fact that there is WiFi at all ups this to a more deserving 4 stars! Will definitely stay here if I'm ever in Leticia again."

"We stayed there for a week in a 2-room apartment. The apartments are quite comfortable, but the construction makes it hear noise from other apartments. The equipment is correct. Only the climate is difficult to adjust. The manager and his husband are very helpful."

"Powiedziano nam, że jedynym klimatyzowanym pokojem był bardzo mały pokój z jednym pełnym łóżkiem, który był tak twardy, że był jak spanie na podłodze i łóżko bliźniakowe, które było twardsze, ale miękkie. Nie ma gorącej wody łapki w pokoju (zlew lub prysznic), więc, fajne prysznice przez tydzień. Nie ma miejsca w pokoju do rozpakowania, szuflady nie ma miejsca do wiosła, jedna półka około 1'x2'. Tylko dwa wyjścia, z których jeden był zajęty przez telewizor i wtyczki wentylacyjne. Cztery poziomy, ale nie winda. W środku miasta na bardzo hałasnej ulicy. Okno do WiFi był bardzo słaby i powolny. Staff był pomocny i przyjemny."
