"We having been visiting Leukerbad since 2012 and have stayed in this hotel many times. We are always made to feel welcome and the owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, room had an excellent view and balcony. Breakfast was varied and delicious and we took advantage of the benefits of reduced price with return ticket by cable car to and from the Gemmi pass. The Burgerbad baths are also a great favourite and staying in the hotel gave us that opportunity to use the baths included in the price of the reservation all in. It made for an excellent stay! It is to be highly recommended to anyone."

"I don't normally leave a review but we had such a poor experience that has not been addressed, I felt I wanted to warn other people staying. Our room was lovely and the receptionist was great. However, no hotel management are on the premises from 5.30pm. This caused an issue, as some extremely drunk people were remotely let into a room at 11.30pm at night and made such an unpleasant & disturbing noise that we could not sleep. One family had small children near the room and were on the verge of calling the police as the noise was so disturbing. In the morning we raised our concerns and the receptionist also said the drunken men had been calling her until 1.30pm in a drunken state until she asked them to stop. However, we have had no further contact from the owner and as they had our card details, the full amount has been taken out with no form of compensation. It let me feeling very concerned that people staying in the hotel are left quite vulnerable."
