"This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn"

"For it being a Marriott hotel, found it to be a little tired and unkempt in areas, the location was on as it was close for us to see friends who lived in the village of Lingfield. The cleaning g could have been better in the room. Was in room 113 which overlooked the drop off area at the front of the hotel and the area could have done with being a little cleaner, a hose would have reached. All the lamps in the room could do with replaced g as where dirty and squint. The toilet bowl was brown at the back. All in all had we been in the hotel more would have been more disappointed but we only slept there. Disappointed that the Marriott brand was so drab and in need of a make over in places"

"Ten lokalizacja była idealna dla nas na pobliską wizytę. Pub był bardzo popularny (prawie pełny) i miał świetną atmosferę. Park był bardzo zajęty samochodami patronów. Na szczęście możemy znaleźć miejsce, ale byłoby to przydatne, jeśli, w jakiś sposób, hotelu mieszkańcy zostały zarezerwowane miejsce. Może to być zażądane przez hotel po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji. Niestety nie mielismy czasu na jedzenia lub picia w barze przed spotkaniem przyjaciół. Gdy pokazano naszym pomieszczeniu i podczas noszenia nocnych torb do góry schodów, byłoby to dodatkowo pomocne, gdyby nasze drzwi były otwarte dla nas przez pracownika, aby wchodzić prosto przed ustawieniem tych torb. Małe szczegóły, aby przejść z 9.5 do 10/10! Po check in opuściliśmy nasz pokój dość szybko po spotkaniu przyjaciół i wróciliśmy tylko po północy do snu przed następnym dniem check out. W rezultacie nie mogliśmy naprawdę cieszyć się żadną usługą lub udogodnienia, ale pokój był w porządku z ensuite łazienką. Doskonale do naszych potrzeb. Zostaliśmy wcześniej i zostaniemy ponownie, jeśli będziemy musieli być w okolicy. Dziękujemy Star Inn"
