„Fantastic rooms, modern, with a large TV, comfy bed, spacious, good views and excellent controls of lights and curtains . The staff has been very helpful upgrading me and trying to help. Thank you Tina at the reception from your kind help. The gym is small but ok for simple workouts. There is a cable machine which is already great, some decent weights and plenty of cardio equipment. There is also a very good laundry room. Breakfast: is basic but ok What is really missing is a restaurant, you can order in but options are limited in Linhai. You have KFC and Mc Donald’s across the road if you need to.”

„The reception and hotel staff were very friendly and kind. the room was beautifully clean and modern. the only downside is that the door is right by the lobby and anyone sitting the lobby watching their phone or chatting can be clearly heard in the night. the location is great, its very easy to get to the walking street and to the gate of the wall. thank you, overall it was a great stay”

„The environment here is absolutely fantastic. In the front, there's a bookstore and a cafe, while the back features the accommodations. The layout with two courtyards/patios, and the whole concept of renovating an old house, feels very sophisticated. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design; the space feels fluid and open, yet still maintains partitions and privacy. My room was upgraded to a second-floor unit with a skylight – it was incredibly romantic to read while listening to the rain. Every corner of the courtyard is picturesque, perfect for photos. The room's amenities and little details were thoughtfully provided, and the service was impeccable. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.”

„超預期的一家民宿，超級棒，雖然是民宿，但是差不多500左右價位的酒店的衞生、設施水平。非常細節，抽紙、紙巾都是質量很好的，看得出老闆是很注重細節、很講究品質的。 設施：很新，浴室衞生間很乾凈，衞生間沒有返潮的下水道味兒， 衞生：衞生很滿意，用的一次性浴巾但是浴室腳墊是毛巾的，還有一次性馬桶墊，太細節了！ 環境：環境很安靜，房間玻璃隔音很好，雖然客人多但並沒有很吵 服務：服務很棒，很親切 總的來説是給人一種家的感覺，有大冰箱，有洗衣房，有微波爐，真的是為家庭親子想得特別周到！而且裏景區實在是太近了，去哪裡都步行就可以非常方便，雖然不含早，但是樓下就是各種早餐店可以吃各種店，還可以叫外賣。”

„本次出行攜2位姐姐及1位高齡爺爺出行，為姐妹三人特意提前預訂貴店稀缺的三床閨蜜房。這是我選擇這家酒店的唯一理由。我想要的是姐妹同住、晚上可以圍坐聊天、彼此陪伴的團聚感。 説白了：我是衝著你們的招牌特色菜來的，不是來吃隨處都有的家常菜。隨便哪家酒店都訂得到三間大床房，我沒有必要專程選這裏。 當天台州陰雨降温，房間有四扇窗＋1扇陽台門、臨街通風大，本身就很冷。但房間空調調到40度依舊完全不制熱；洗澡水温衹有38度，不夠暖和，浴室排風還關不掉，一直吹冷風。我在浴室凍了十幾分鍾，前後折騰了兩個多小時才處理問題，體驗很差。經理解釋，因為三床房入住率低，未做入住前設施巡檢。住宿最基本就是熱水和暖氣，兩樣都不檢查，是對客人體驗和基礎居住安全的不負責。 酒店給出解決問題的辦法： 兩間大床房：兩間大床房858元，對比原一間三床房1058元，既降價、又拆分住宿，直接破壞姐妹同住的初衷，無法接受。 三間大床房：看似補償到位，算下來少花了200多元，但我真的一點便宜都不想佔，我衹想要一份姐妹團聚、深夜聊天的氛圍，是情感專屬，一晚舒服住宿。滿心歡喜安排的一趟姐妹同行，被基礎品控失誤完全打亂、體驗感完全歸零。畢竟不論哪家酒店都可以預訂三間大床房，何必選擇這家。 與前台溝通無效後，經理過來解決，還算積極客氣，都不容易，每年入住那麼多酒店，衹給過一家酒店差評。但真實體驗擺在眼前，本次實在無法給予好評。也希望貴店重視冷門房型的日常巡檢，不要再辜負遠方專程而來的客人。”

„Coming to the sea for the second time. Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was renovated in 2023, but I don't know why the air conditioning and heating don't work. (There is hot air, but it’s never very warm!) A quilt was added to the back! There was also a tour group for senior citizens on the first night. They checked out very early the next day. Ping ping ping pong. The location of the hotel is good, you can walk to Longxing Temple and Ziyang Street. And East Lake, Range Rover Gate! The cleaning staff are very prompt! ! The hygiene is quite good.”

„第一次抵達就被這個大型立體停車庫震撼到了，由於我的車超大超重，工作人員立刻上前指導我停在邊上的地面停車位，服務態度特別好，幫忙搬運行李。 酒店位置要給滿分，比鄰東湖，步行紫陽街衹需十分鐘。唯一美中不足的是臨湖那一面的房間正對着廣場和馬路，早晚都有廣場舞的噪音干擾。 早餐品質絕了，為了這個早餐我都必須再來住一次。有各色臨海本地小吃，目不暇接，酒店還很細心加了菜前銘牌提示，味道好，自助餐形式還可以讓我每一種都品嚐一下。 很神奇的是酒店前台，白天的酒店前台和門僮小哥都很熱情周到，等我晚上回來辦入住，換了一批小姑娘，態度冷淡，沒有任何關於入住，早餐或者Wi-Fi的提示。房間號碼的第二位數字才是樓層數字，都沒有任何告知！”
