"This was my first time booking a B&B, and I decided to try it on a whim. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were super helpful, even letting us borrow an electric scooter from the owner to ferry our luggage from the parking lot – truly above and beyond! Our room was spotlessly clean, and despite being on the first floor, there wasn't a hint of a musty smell. It was a scorching hot day, so we were really impressed and touched to find the air conditioning already running when we checked in. It was incredibly powerful! The bathroom facilities were also top-notch, featuring a smart branded toilet and a lovely rain showerhead. A huge bonus for anyone particular about hygiene (like me!) – both the bath towels and mouthwash cups were disposable! Loved that. Oh, and the clothes drying area was fantastic too, bathed in glorious sunshine. My child is already asking to come back next time!"

"Beautiful interior. Very modern design with good facilities. You'd need to walk around 100 meters to get to the hotel, as it is located inside a walking street. Great location if you'll spend your time within Ziyang street and climbing the city wall. Air conditioning does not work during Spring. It might be a bit warm at the middle of the day and early afternoon but chilly at night, so make sure that your room is facing the street and the windows can be opened."

"I stayed at this hotel for over twenty days on a business trip and had a pretty good experience. The hotel's surroundings are excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options, including many local specialty snacks nearby. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and answered all my questions in detail. There's a laundry room and restaurant on the first floor; the breakfast was good, although the selection wasn't extensive, it was clean and hygienic. The hotel rooms were clean and hygienic, and despite being a new hotel, there were no unpleasant odors. The rooms were well soundproofed, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. For someone like me who travels frequently, a hot shower and a good night's sleep after a long day of work are paramount. Every day when I returned to the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me with warm welcomes and smiles, making me feel right at home. This hotel will be my first choice for my next business trip to Linhai."

"The hotel is clean and hygienic. It is about a ten-minute walk from the ancient city wall. From Lansheng Gate to Chaotian Gate, you can get to Ximen Street, and then walk to Ziyang Street. I bought Wang Tianshun seaweed cakes recommended by locals. They are crispy and not sweet when eaten hot. The hotel is very close to the seafood street on Renmin Road. You can walk there and find a delicious one."

"Nice hotel, close to the Great Wall and East Lake. We were foreigners who don't speak Chinese, but the staff was helpful and we managed to communicate through a translator. The room was big, spacious, clean, and warm. The smart toilet was interesting, we loved it. Breakfast was okay. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable. However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy. The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars. We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow. As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here. Overall, it was a good stay!"

"Taking advantage of the spring, I brought my family elders to Taizhou for a trip. We booked a stay in Linhai, at the Four Seasons Hotel. The customer service arranged for us and my parents to stay next door, which was very convenient and considerate! The hotel is new and has complete facilities. Shares the elevator with the Sheraton above. After checking out, the front desk gave me a small gift. I will definitely book it next time."

"I was very satisfied with the room. We arrived early and booked the wrong room type. The twin beds were 1.2 meters wide and a bit too small for the three of us. Even though it was the best courtyard room, we were still given twin beds of 1.5 meters. The front desk guy went out of his way to help us coordinate and was very helpful. The room was nice, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Overall, I was very satisfied."

I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone coming to Linghai."
