"Traveling during the off-season, we were upgraded to a lake view room with excellent natural light from two sides. This was our first trip with our 10-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Auntie Zhou Yulan was so enthusiastic at breakfast, she saw we had a baby and helped us with coffee. When I was changing with the baby by myself in the hot spring area, a staff member proactively helped me hold the baby. The uncle at the infinity pool saw we had a baby and were taking photos, and didn't insist we wear swimming caps. The shuttle service was very responsive and quick whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Auntie Shi Xuemei even stopped for us near the peacocks so we could take photos with the baby. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

Bardzo dziękuję! 👍🏻 Owoce na powitanie: Po zameldowaniu personel z troską dostarczył do mojego pokoju dużą tacę świeżych i pysznych owoców. 【Korzystaj z nielimitowanej kąpieli w naturalnych gorących źródłach】 Dla dwóch osób: Nielimitowany dostęp do gorących źródeł podczas naszego pobytu! Było sporo otwartych basenów i nie było tłoczno, więc czuliśmy się, jakby mama i ja miałyśmy całe miejsce dla siebie 😆 Nie mogliśmy skorzystać ze wszystkich! Kąpiel była bardzo relaksująca i pomagała nam zasnąć. W każdym miejscu i na każdym kroku byli pracownicy, którzy nigdy nas nie ignorowali. Witali nas proaktywnie, pytali, czy potrzebujemy pomocy i wskazywali drogę. Ponieważ moja mama jest starsza, zwracali na nią szczególną uwagę i służyli pomocą, gdy była potrzebna. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni każdemu pracownikowi 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻 Chciałabym również szczególnie pochwalić śniadanie, było absolutnie fantastyczne 👍🏻 Było tak pyszne, że nawet nie zdążyłam zrobić zdjęć. Wybór jedzenia był bardzo zróżnicowany, obejmował zarówno dania chińskie, jak i zachodnie. Makaron z dodatkami był pyszny, był też pudding z tofu. Szczególne podziękowania należą się pani Zhang Qi, pracowniczce restauracji, za jej niezwykle serdeczną gościnność 🌹🌹🌹 Jeśli chodzi o krajobraz, szczerze mówiąc, ponieważ była zima, drzewa były rzeczywiście nagie i nie widzieliśmy rzęsy wodnej ani kwiatów lotosu. "The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them. However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance."

"We traveled during the off-peak May Day holiday, so there weren't many people and the experience was great. When we checked in, we saw that we brought a child with us, so we upgraded to a parent-child room for free. A staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. The parent-child room was spacious and had a small slide. The window faced the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the view was great. Except for the largest outdoor hot spring, which was not open, all the others were open, and the children had a lot of fun. There was also a movie theater, gym, and children's playground next to it. You can register a small card per person at the front desk, and you can go to the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area for free from 5pm to 6:30pm. We had dinner at the hotel, with three dishes for two adults and one child, and the price was very affordable. The breakfast variety was quite rich, and two small bags of specialty black rice were given when we checked out. Thumbs up"
