"Trochę poza obszarem turystycznym, ale miły hotel! Myślę, że to bardziej hotel biznesowy niż turystyczny. Personel był bardzo miły i wszystkie udogodnienia były doskonałe. Najlepszą częścią było doskonałe śniadanie wliczone w cenę pokoju!! Użyłbym go jeszcze raz!"

"Good hotel, good bed and breakfast. They didnt clean our room (we had a do not disturb sign but only until 13:30 when we left the please clean sign and they didnt). No problem with that but they said it was 15:30 and it wasnt. Overall good hotel"

"The location is perfect, right in the center. The receptionists aren't the friendliest. We also asked for a pillow, which they told us would be brought up to our room, and at night we had to go back downstairs to get it because they'd forgotten. The room was covered in dog and cat hair, and the bathroom wall had so many stains it was disgusting to touch."

"Unbeatable location, wonderful breakfast — but rooms are compact We stayed 2 nights at Sercotel Murrieta in late June 2026 and the location is simply outstanding. Calle Laurel — Logroño's legendary Pintxos street — is literally a 2–3 minute walk away. Perfect for an evening out. The breakfast was a genuine highlight: fresh, varied and well above average. A great start to each morning. On the downside, the rooms are on the small side for a 3–4 star hotel, there's no minibar or fridge, and no complimentary water provided. Parking is also an extra €13 per night, which is worth factoring in. A special mention for the young lady at reception — she was wonderfully warm and welcoming ，but other were not. every time we came and went. they kept silent. Good city hotel for the location and breakfast, but don't expect a large room."

"The hotel is very well located, the staff provided excellent information about the city, and the breakfast was good. Only because it's so central is it difficult to park outside the hotel, so I recommend booking."

Pensión Laurel Self Check-IN

"Due to a country wide power outage my bus was delayed and I arrived late at 7.15pm to find the pension locked. There was a scrawled note that was difficult to read but with the help of a neighbour I found out it was her home address but when we went there she was not home and again, when we checked the pension, locked and no answer. I had to stay in an expensive hotel and when I contacted her re a refund, she refused."

"Hotel is conveniently located , near tapa bars and restaurants . Hotel underground parking is very tight , not comfortable using it . Nearby free parking lots are available tho"
