I paid because Trip.com offer me to reimburse the amount with some extra indemnization, Nevertheless, the hotel never provided me any receipt, for the so-called taxes that arbitrarily charged me. 2. Breakfast was ok, but some diches were salty. 3. I called room service to order some food at 21h45 and they told me can't help me, because they close at 22h00. 4.
