He obviously takes great pride in his hotel even though the staff were all on holiday. The self - service continental breakfast had all one could ask for. It is in the center of town too. Overall a most satisfactory experience at no. 28. An ideal hotel if visiting Carnac stones."

"Excellent place to stay; everything was within walking distance. Hotel is next to the main railway station which was perfect. Having said that no noise from trains. The Hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with different levels; basic, medium and full service; meant you only paid for what you wanted. The rooms were clean and well appointed, very comfortable. We were in Lorient for the Interceltic Festival. The Hotel was with walking distance to all the events, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds."

"The hotel has a very central location with a vast variety of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant of its own, but an Italian pizzeria/restaurant is available en suite to the hotel lobby, and you can make orders from the reception. Beware of the location of your room; My room was very noisy indeed, being located on top of an Irish pub with outdoor serving! The breakfast was very French and very good with a variety of bread and cheese. Parking was somewhat difficult since there’s only limited public parking available."
