"Extremely small room: not possible for 2 people to move around in the room. Bathroom which is 2 m2: sitting on the toilet you can brush your teeth in the sink which is actually a hand basin! At breakfast in the morning: the person who was there had to manage the reception, clearing the tables and resupplying!!! Very little space between tables... forced to wait for a table to be cleaned to sit down. When leaving: waiting +++, the phone rings, rings.... and no one. Very disappointed. We won't come back."

"Very small room but with all you need. This was the perfect stay for one night on the way from Spain to Belgium. Just by the highway. Cheap and dogs are welcome. The lady at the reception was very polite and nice as we arrived. I would not choose to take the breakfast again, it was very, very, basic. Not really worth it. All in all, I recommend this hotel."

"It looks terribly run down from the outside & is in desperate need of a refurb to get it back to looking like it used to do…fresh & welcoming. The room itself & the bathroom are very small as all PC’s are BUT they are functional for a night or 2. Very comfy beds with clean & fresh sheets and the bathroom was clean with a fabulous power shower that could take skin off…every PC we have stayed in have all got amazingly comfy beds, clean and fresh sheets and AMAZING showers. The self check in was excellent and very easy to use, it was great because we got there early and reception was closed so we checked in on the machine, got our key and settled into our room."

"We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by."

"No more breakfasts available because "there are currently too many guests at the hotel"! A room that hadn't been made up (bed unmade and towels used). Payment made online when booking, and demand to repay on site on the grounds that when booking, only my Visa card imprint had been taken. In fact, my bank account had indeed been debited. No response to my refund request email."
