"I booked The Table as my guest house accommodation while attending a wedding in Polkobin (The Convent). I could not have been happier with my choice. Jo is an incredible host and chef and from the moment I arrived from Sydney later than planned to a smiling host, offer of a drink, a warm fire and 3 course meal. I knew I was in for a delightful weekend. The bed was so soft and cosy. The 3 course breakfast was incredible. Jo went out of her way to offer this busy mum the R&R she so very much needed, even dropping me at the wedding the following day, a good 25 minute drive away. Her adorable dog Harvey is an added bonus. This gem of a place feels like a warm hug. I will definitely be back - and am tempted to book out the whole place out (and Jo) with friends. Romantic, restful and cosy. Give this local business your business. You won't be disappointed. Tours, carriages, lunches and dinners were available on request with as much or as little conversation as you would like. Jo seems to know exactly what her guests need. "Loved this beautiful accommodation! The room was huge and extremely clean. The stone bathtub was to die for. It was the perfect little romantic getaway with my partner. Had gorgeous views over looking the lake. After our wine tour in the area we got to enjoy our purchases on the balcony with a cheeseboard with some ducks swimming through the lake. Very quiet and perfect for some R&R! Will definitely come again."

"Beautiful and serene setting with luxury cabins. Everything is catered for...comfortable beds, personal spa and fire pit. We shared pizza with friends provided by our amazing hosts in a perfect setting. Kangaroos grazed nearby adding to a beautiful outlook from our cabin. Well worth a stay "

Vineyard Hill

"Requested earlier check-in..no problem, got my email teeing me which unit, key in door. Arrived...couldn't find the unit. Walked around , 10 minutes great views, finally found it. First impression: very basic. Toilet had skid marks! Spiderwebs on walls, cut finger on e exposed staple on front door. Counter tops sticky and dirty. Dust clumps on floor. Plugged the iron in, bit of a spark at power point. Ironed, left for party at a winery. Returning about 11.00pm. 12.01am received map to find Where to find unit! Bed...clean and comfortable. No lights on bedhead worked. Power point was frizzled! Could smell that it had burned through. Pulling curtain closed, it fell! Dust and cobwebs! Air-conditioning off. Could hear people from every other unit. Eventually, a comfortable sleep. Shower head fell off as the water was turned on. Struggled for 20 minutes to reconnect it. Really needs an overhaul. Fresh paint, and a good clean. Sadly dissapointed."

"We had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary at Adina. The villa was great; fantastic location, wonderfully up-kept and waking up to kangaroos at your back door is very special. The wine tasting was a bit average. None of the wines were particularly enjoyable (considering the competition). The olives were gorgeous and delicious, but the olive tasting experience could have been a bit more extensive. We would’ve loved to try the olive oils for example. We couldn’t get our stove at the villa working (we didn’t bother troubleshooting as it wasn’t so dire) and the spa was unfortunately not operational. The bath was super spacious, however the water was brown and super off-putting. We would stay again, purely for the beautiful views, gorgeous space and the location."

"Never stay at Wandin Estate. We stayed there in October. Oliver Cottage we were staying in had its all its doors bashed in, the staff left us there to stay in the accommodation. Didn’t check in on us. Everything was stolen. They have denied all liability. ACCOMMODATION is not safe. Wandin Estate has taken no accountability!!!!!"
