The hotel had already arranged parking and provided local tourist attractions, making me look forward to the trip! The room was also promptly cleaned and supplies were replenished; the professionalism of everyone in the staff was remarkable, which surprised and delighted me. Next time I'm in Luhe, I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again.”

„入住的這三天都是天氣比較寒冷的，泡温泉很舒適。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，服務很到位，還有歡迎水果，自助早餐品科雖不算多，但也有不少選擇，總體不錯。前台的幾位美女很細心，提前把續住的房卡弄好讓我們及時更換，還升級了園景房，贊一個。健身房是我見過的星級酒店裡設施最多最大的，同伴是健身達人，連續兩天都去玩。這次入住唯一的不好感覺就是房間的空調聲音有些大，入睡要關上才不吵到。同夥説以前這些空調都不是變頻的，所以制暖啟動時聲音會大一些。”

„提前半個月就訂了這家酒店的商務雙床房（每次出門都會訂雙人間，因為喜歡大房間），來check in的時候再三跟前台女服務員説安排個寬敞、安靜的房間給我，她説一定儘量安排，沒想到卻給我安排個最差的，把住客當**玩。還好前台男生察覺到我的怒氣，立刻帶我走了幾個房間重新選房，再次謝謝這位男孩子對住客的尊重和理解，不然我肯定會大大差評這個酒店。”
