"Once Myself, My Family And Church Family Arrived We Had Issues With Our Rooms From The Start. The Tub In My Room Needed To Be Reglazed. My Bedding Had Yellow Stains. My Sisters Bedding Had To Be Changed Out As Soon As She Entered Her Room Due To The Beddings Were Not Clean. Once We Used Our Towels And Wash Clothes And Needed More. The Clerk Informed Us That We Needed To Bring Our Old Towels And Wash Cloths Down To Be Washed And Will Be Returned To Us Once They Were Done. They Didn't Have Clean (Back Up Towels) To Give Us. We Were Also Informed That A Huge Group Of Soccer Athletes Were Staying At The Hotel And Serving Them Was A Priority. This Was Crazy Because We All Were Paying To Stay At This Hotel Whether We Played Sports Or Not! My Pastor Saw One Of The Clerks On The Floor And Requested For More Wash Clothes And Towels For Her Room And She Asked My Pastor If She Wanted (Dirty Towels) And (Wash Cloth)? (I Mean Who Would Accept Dirty Towels And Wash Cloths To Clean Their Body With, Knowing Someone Washed Their Body Parts With These Same Items). Crazy! Unacceptable! Disrespectful! Inhospitable Behavior! Like I've Never Seen Before. The Chair In My Room Was Peeling Look Like Something, Someone Threw Away And Someone picked It Up And Placed It In the Room Where I was Staying. The Carpet Was Stained And Needs To Be Pulled Up As Soon As Possible. You Guys At Country Inn, In Radisson Lumberton Has To Do Better By (ALL) Of Your Customers."
