"1️⃣ There were two receptionists at check-in. One was very attentive, communicating with the lady next to her about check-in procedures. The receptionist I was assigned didn't say a word to me the entire time, and was completely cold. 2️⃣ The elevators were very old. There seemed to be many, but some didn't stop. During the National Day holiday, it was crowded, and you had to wait at least ten minutes to go up or down a floor. 3️⃣ I arrived early at 3 PM and was assigned a last room. Okay, I won't say anything, but this room was interesting. The lights outside other rooms turned on after everyone else checked in, but the light sign outside our room wasn't working and wasn't fixed. Before I even got up in the morning, the cleaning lady thought no one was in the room and just swiped her card to enter. Luckily, there was a hallway, otherwise, wouldn't everyone have been seen naked? Okay, once is one thing, but around 11 AM, just as I was getting ready to leave, the cleaning lady suddenly swiped her card and entered without any warning. It scared me to death! Did I break some kind of law? 4️⃣ Twice in a row, my door was inexplicably broken into. Frustrated, I called the front desk (the number was on the bedside table). The first call went unanswered. After trying another number, I explained the situation, but the front desk staff were completely unmoved, offering no apology. They simply said, "I'll check for you," and hung up. For the next half hour before checkout, I waited for a response, but even today, October 9th, I haven't heard back. They didn't say a word when I checked out. Unbelievable! Big hotels bully their customers. Good hotels should be like this. Excellent! 👍 A real honor for Luzhou! During the seven-day National Day holiday, I stayed in a different hotel every day, and this was the most outrageous one. Avoid this hotel! Those who enjoy being treated coldly are in luck! Those who like being ignored are lucky! Stay here, and the front desk won't say a word to you!"

"Very disappointed with the hotel. First, when we checked in, we asked the waiter in the lobby for help with our luggage. The waiter said he was busy and did not help us, and did not contact other waiters for help. "I frequently travel to Luzhou for business and have stayed at this hotel many times. However, at 3:54 AM this morning, someone suddenly rang my room doorbell. I contacted the front desk via the hotel landline, and they said they would send a cleaning lady to check. I looked through the peephole but couldn't see anyone, and there was no response when I asked who it was. The doorbell rang repeatedly for two minutes, then fell silent. I was too scared to go out and waited in the room for the cleaning lady to come, but she didn't call me back. I didn't know if anyone had come to check, so I called the front desk three more times using the hotel landline. The first two times it rang continuously without being answered, and the last time it just went dead. So I stopped calling the front desk and didn't dare to go out or sleep until around 9 AM when I went out to ask the front desk about the situation. They had changed shifts and didn't know anything about it. They checked the hotel landline and said they received a call at 2:30 AM and hadn't received any calls since, so there was no issue of no one answering. I really thought I was hallucinating because I hadn't slept well, so I asked to check the security camera footage. The front desk said they didn't have the authority or password to view it and would contact an engineer. I said that was fine, and the engineer would contact me when he arrived. Then, when I checked out at 10:50 PM, I asked the front desk again. They immediately called an engineer who said they wouldn't be there until 11:30 PM. I told them I had to leave and didn't have time, so I added them on WeChat and asked them to send me the security camera video. They sent me a two-minute video showing a man ringing my doorbell and then entering the room next door. The hotel's response was the same as above; they said the man next door went to the wrong room and apologized. That was it! I was terrified all night. Also, no hotel staff appeared in the two-minute video. So, after finishing my business, I went back to the hotel and requested to see the security camera video. The video did show a cleaning lady coming up to check on things, but the front desk hadn't given me any response. I had no idea what happened. I called the front desk three times, but no one answered. Now they say it's a problem with the hotel's landline and there's no record of the call; the time stamp shows a call received at 2:30 AM. Furthermore, when I inquired about the room next door, I learned that only one woman had registered, and she checked out at 7:30 AM, so the man who rang my doorbell hadn't checked in. I've made it clear that I have no demands, just a reasonable explanation, but that's how the hotel describes the situation. I'm posting this to warn others who are traveling alone and staying in hotels. Personally, I think safety is the most important thing when booking a hotel, regardless of other services! Choose hotels that require a room key for entry, hotels with working landlines, hotels that provide feedback, and hotels that address problems!"
