"The hotel is conveniently located in the city, with a partner parking lot just over 100 meters away, offering affordable parking and 24-hour access. The hotel is adults-only and has a pleasant atmosphere. Snacks, fruit, coffee, and tea are available in the lobby, and drinks and alcohol are provided in the room refrigerators, all complimentary. There is a small swimming pool in the courtyard. The front desk has regular hours and excellent service, and the breakfast is small but delicious. A drawback is the poor soundproofing, especially in Room 1, which is located close to the main entrance and faces the street. It can be quite noisy at night, disrupting sleep."

"Solo trip for leisure and some work. Perfect location for exploring Mahon. My first picture is the beautiful view literally two minutes walk away at the end of the street! ... On arrival I was greeted by the genuinely friendly and helpful Paco on reception, who made me feel welcome and at home right away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with an equally clean and well maintained bathroom. Small TV on the wall (pretty much all Spanish!) Bed was comfortable also, with extra blankets provided if needed. Air-con was used for heat due to time of year and was quiet and efficient. Rooms are cleaned daily to an excellent standard. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is excellent, which was good for me as I was doing a little work also (just a hint ... There are two different connection points using the same password for the rooms and the bar area) The bar is friendly, serving good chilled beers. I only had one snack there (made again by the lovely Paco!) and the odd coffee as most of the time I was out and about. Not much else to say really other than I would thoroughly recommend this little gem if you just want a good, honest, value for money base with no frills in the centre of Mahon. Thank you Paco and staff and I hope to see you again sometime 🙂 PS. Just a hint if you have a hire car ... The surrounding streets are narrow and a little tricky to navigate. There is free parking available in the surrounding vicinity but you'll have to hunt it out and may have to walk a few minutes to get there! Good luck! 😉 I booked this"

"Zaskoczony, że zobaczył niektóre z mieszanych recenzji, ponieważ kochaliśmy ten hotel. Przybyliśmy bardzo wcześnie w sezonie, więc wszystko czuło się świeże i żywe. Jest pięknym zaprojektowanym hotelem i personel nie mógł być bardziej pomocny. Tak jest to prawdopodobnie na wyższym końcu zakresu dla Menorca ale z pewnością czuliśmy się warte pieniędzy. Mamy również kolację w restauracji, która była naprawdę bardzo dobra. Nie można winić miejsca naprawdę i zdecydowanie zostanę ponownie"

"I went on a Holiday with my mum for 4 days. We loved the hotel. The room were very big and cleaned. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of options. We also tried the swimming pool and little spa and we were very happy with amenities. On top of that the staff was very friendly and cordial and available to answer our question. The location was also very good closed to the center of Mao. If we ever come back to Menorca we would definetly stay in this hotel again"

"I decided to treat my daughter to a spa treatment during our visit to Mahon. I’ve been to a fair few spas in my time, but nothing has ever come close to the absolute perfection of the Illa Spa. Firstly, the women who gave us our massages were fantastic. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions of giving a massage, but I really felt like everything was being done with the utmost care and regard by my masseuse and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. The facial was equally good, and we were both blown away by how wonderful we felt at the end of it. We were led down to the spa, which is in a spectacular vaulted rock cavern under the hotel. It was incredible, but none of the photos I’ve seen can really do it justice. We spent a happy hour there, and felt completely rejuvenated at the end of it. If you want to pamper yourself in a place of beauty and serenity, then the Illa Spa is the place to go, I’m retuning next year with both of my daughters and we cannot wait."
