"Something they don't tell you when you book is that you have to pay €2 per person for city tax, which they charge you as soon as you arrive at the hotel. That's really bad. Otherwise, the service was very good, the room was very clean, but unfortunately, there's only one phone charging socket in the whole room, and it's very far from the bedside table. I didn't like the bed; I don't know if the mattresses are in the same condition in the other rooms, but they should replace them. It's clearly old; it's very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows aren't very padded. Otherwise, the guy who helped us was very friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent."
