Hôtel Restaurant Coco Lodge Majunga ★★★

📍 49 Avenue de France, Majunga

"It is always a great pleasure and comfort to stay at COCO LODGE; room 9 which I had not yet tested is equal to the others, very comfortable bedding, optimal and spacious bathroom, the Italian shower with adjustable jets is very appreciable, in terms of hygiene and cleanliness nothing to say always impeccable, everything contributes to make your stay more pleasant; the welcome is very professional and very friendly, in summary a very recommendable cozy hotel ideally located in the center of MAJUNGA and close to the corniche."

📍 Amborovy, Petite Plage, Majunga

"Wonderful stay. Sandrine has booked a beautiful reception. Very to listen and serve its guests. A small care staff. We feel good there. We can enjoy the pool and the sea is a few minutes away. You are crossing the road and you are there. Positive point also: no harassment of salesmen or others on the beach."

Baobab Tree Hôtel & Spa ★★★★
"4-star hotel, well located not far from the promenade. The hotel has 2 swimming pools; one interior with overflow and one exterior. You can pay to come and spend a day at the pool without staying at the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained, green spaces are present all around the swimming pool. The restaurant has a simple menu but with very good products and good value for money. The treatments offered at the SPA are very good, the staff is professional and the space is very clean. The only downside is the atmosphere around the swimming pool. In fact, very loud music is present all afternoon and the children are left unsupervised by their parents so the swimming pool is not supervised. If you want to spend a relaxing, quiet day, this is not possible and it's a real shame because it goes against the prestige of the 4 stars."

"The staff are very helpful and the bungalows are spacious and the bedroom is of good quality, with mosquito and functional air conditioning, which allows you to not suffer from the warmth of the night. In the safe side, each room has a strong, very convenient safe for those travelling in groups and who do not share the same room. The breakfast is quite classic but copiel according to the chosen formula and the convenient restaurant, even if a few dozens of meters away hotel offers a better quality and choice. One of the advantages for international travellers is acceptance of bank card payments, which avoids having to walk with banknote links. The hotel also can organise various activities such as quad exits, sea walks or visits to the city in tuk-tuk."
