"Pobyliśmy w tym hotelu od 23 do 24 stycznia 2026, i uwielbialiśmy jego piękne położenie z oszałamiający prywatny obszar plaży, wygodne pokoje i wspaniale utrzymany basen, choć żywność była dobra, ale usługa była bardzo słabai naszym głównym problemem było zauważenie Wąż podczas spaceru po kolacji, z personelem przypadkowo odrzucając go jako codzienne zdarzeniemacnianie go w inny sposób wspaniały na jedno- lub dwa dni rodzinne wakacje."

"These are points we want to highlight. 1. Water jug & glass provided was poor quality, made of plastic. Nowadays it's expected that it should made of glass. Atleast stainless steel make some sense. But these plastic not at all acceptable. 2. Tea & coffee sachets found very substandard. 3. Bathroom WC flash was not sufficient to use. 4. Quality of food also very average. 5. Finally it's not any 3 star hotel. It's an average non star rated hotel which as shown in Google review or any other review. 5. It's actually a small average staying arrangements. It's a honest feedback. So that any fellow tourist can fall in internet review."

The property is very well maintained, and the service right from the booking stage till checkout was absolutely top notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay extremely memorable. One of the biggest highlights was the food — absolutely delicious! All of us were pleasantly surprised that such a remote location could serve food of such excellent quality. A special mention to Surajit at the restaurant for being incredibly accommodating, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. In fact, every staff member displayed warm hospitality and genuine care for the guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway at Mandarmani."

"On 18th September, 2025 I ***** with my family visited Hotel Rupkatha at Mandarmoni. I booked two rooms and stayed there for two days on 18th and 19th. Special attraction of the hotel is to view sea just from the premises of the hotel. Sitting on chair in morning and afternoon beauty of the sea enjoyed satisfactorily. Sea beach is just doorstep of the hotel. Rooms of the hotels are nice and beautifully decorated. There are two floors only. Room service is available and staff behaviour are very cordial. Dining room is good and preparation of food are simply excellent. Veg and non veg both are very tasty and palatable. Cleanliness is truly excellent. Manager and other staff always ready to extend their services. It's located at Sonamuhi, Mandarmoni, district Purbo Medinipur, West Bengal. Car parking facility is available. In my view, hotel Rupkatha is an ideal place for spending vacation. Room charges are pocket friendly."

"Zarezerwowaliśmy apartament prezydencki dla 3 dorosłych i 1 dziecko. Ponieważ nazwa sugeruje, że to apartament, a dla prezydenta miałyśmy pomysł, że będzie miał oddzielny pokój mieszkalny i oddzielny sypialnia. Ale nie jest to, że to był duży przestronny pokój, czysty i dobrze utrzymany. Moja propozycja do zarządu, że proszę nie nazywać go jak apartament, gości będzie miał inne oczekiwania od niego. Powinno to być nazwa deluxe lub super deluxe itp. ale nie apartament i nie w ogóle apartament prezydencki. Przychodząc do pokoju, jest bardzo dobrze utrzymany, łazienka ma jacuzzi, który jest bardzo dobry i relaksujący. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, a także usługa była bardzo profesjonalna. Mają własne piekarnice, to jest plus. Znowu, jak nazwa sugeruje ośrodek plaży, ale ośrodek nie jest plaży, trzeba chodzić przez minutę, aby dotrzeć do plaży. Plaża jest bardzo blisko kurortu. Ten kurort ma park wodny, który jest czyszczony codziennie podczas naszego pobytu. Jest to bardzo dobre dla rodziny, ponieważ jest tam miejsce zabaw dla dzieci. Na pewno odwiedzę następnym razem."
