"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

"First things first I’d like to thank the administrators of the hotel for keeping it high🔝 We enjoyed the services provided to us, from helping to find our room, a shop to buy swimsuit to helping organize a gift for birthday during our stay😍 The evening show with Chinese traditional dance and ballet was another pleasant surprise for us. Clean and well organized room kept us from worrying about the atmosphere and it was amazing. The fresh air, wonderful view, we will be happy to come here again!"
