The mattress in the room was especially comfortable, perfect for someone like me with poor sleep quality; I slept soundly until morning. There was even a cleaning lady who came to collect my laundry, which was perfect for busy business travelers like us! They also provided a thoughtful breakfast of sweet soup in the morning. The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. It's great value for money and highly recommended."

"Facilities: The room was well-equipped, even with a fridge. There's a free parking lot right outside, which is super convenient. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. They offer welcome fruits, and there are bananas, snacks, and tea available in the lobby for guests to help themselves. Picture 1 shows the hotel's breakfast spread, which has a good variety. The staff were proactive and friendly, encouraging guests to take as much as they like. I had an upset stomach, and the front desk even provided Po Chai Pills, saving me a trip out to buy them. ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻 Cleanliness: The bedding was fresh and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with no unpleasant odors. Environment: Pretty good! It's also convenient for getting around. Pictures 2-3 are some nearby food options, just to add to the visual."

"The room is quite spacious, clean and hygienic, and you can swim for free. Children love it! The service is very good, patient response. The buffet breakfast is rich, diverse and tastes good. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so eating and drinking are very convenient. There is a large parking lot and traffic around the area is smooth!"

"The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the price was affordable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly helpful; he even gave me a ride to the high-speed train station. There's also complimentary breakfast, and the rooms are very spacious. They even have a conference room, and the second floor houses a teahouse with great service."

"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

"The hotel hasn't been open long, but the environment and facilities are quite new and nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options, especially the Western-style pastries 👍. The staff are very welcoming and provide attentive service. I went to the city park to see the yellow trumpet trees, but unfortunately, they weren't in full bloom yet."
