"Miły czysty hotel. Przyjazny personel. Jedyną sprawą, która trzymała go przed zdobyciem 5 gwiazd, było pojedynczy incydent. Zamknąłem klucz w pokoju i poszedłem do przedniego biura. Kobieta za nim patrzyła na telefon. Nie powiedziałem nic, żeby jej przeszkadzać, więc czekałem, spojrzałem na zegarek i to było dosłownie 7 minut przed tym, jak ona spojrzała na mnie i zobaczyła."
