"In the ac deluxe rooms, ac was not working, fans doesn't have regulators. There was no hot water in bathroom and the bed was so untidy. The room had so many small flies and mosquitos. Totally horrible stay."

"This is a great budget or business hotel in the center of Mapusa city, which is considered a commercial capital of Goa state. It is with pleasure I say 'What a delight was to stay at Sharayu One', a 2 star property of absolute finesse, spic & span floors and clean & tidy rooms. For the price iit offers, this property, probably the best in the town. The town center is just at a 3 minute walk distance. It has its own parking facility for no additional price. All staff are excellent and we received great service in all sections. Ms. Simran at the reception desk is exemplary. She was eager to serve us and resolved many issues for us. Other staff like, M/s. Dan and Abhijeet were good at their respective jobs. The rooms were cleaned daily unless told otherwise. Overall, I shall rate the property 8 / 10 for the facilities/services it offers at a very budget price.There are some improvements that they should take care of, eg. they should fix a knob to hang wet clothes behind the bathroom door or keep a few extra hangers in the closet. The room size is excellent. We were allotted the rear-side rooms which attracted less traffic noise. The breakfast served was sumptuous. To summarize : An excellent property at a very very reasonable rate in the center of the city. I wish all the staff and the owners the very best. For the next time as well, we will stay at your property for sure."

"Hotele Boshan są w świetnej lokalizacji, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od Mapusa Market. Gdy AC w moim pokoju nie działał, szybko pomogli mi z zmianą pokoju. Podczas gdy zewnętrzny hotel wygląda trochę stary, wnętrze są dobrze utrzymane i wygodne."

"Starting from the reason for booking this property is 1) cost effective : 5/5 2)ac room - but turns out ac is not in working condition & also it's attached near washroom: 0/5 3) room service: pathetic ( informed them to clean the room but they didn't even bother to do so) 2/5 4) breakfast available only after 9am with affordable price & limited options : 4/5 5) swimming pool : smaller than expected & not so very tidy: 3/5 6) don't go for pictures that you see before booking because reality is totally different lol : 1/5 7)rented vehicle available at door step :5/5 8) overall would rate this place a 2/5."
