"Unacceptable! Beware! Scam! We booked three nights at this hotel, specifying by email that we would arrive around 2 or 3 AM (arriving by plane). They confirmed 24-hour reception! We arrived at 2:30 AM! They refused to let us in! And they rented the rooms to other guests!!! Even though the rooms had already been paid for. This is unacceptable! The "receptionist" left us with absolutely NO solutions! He "apologized" without giving us any answers. He also told us to come back the next day for a refund with his "Boss," who started at 3 PM! We found ourselves at 3 AM without water! Trying to find another hotel to avoid sleeping four to a car! I strongly advise you NOT to book at this hotel; professionalism and respect are completely absent. Absolutely! The "boss" did not contact us to at least (in my opinion) apologize and find a solution for the 3 nights."

Stacja kolejowa 15 minut od hotelu dojazd do Barcelony pociągiem godzina. Nie ma powodu by narzekać. Polecam 👍👍 🇬🇧 A very nice hotel, a wonderful holiday, friendly, professional service, and good food. The price is adequate to the standard. The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach. The train station is 15 minutes away, and Barcelona is an hour away by train. There's no reason to complain."

"We paid £120 extra for an all-inclusive package, only to be asked for an additional €30 for wristbands on arrival – which was refunded at the end of the day, but still felt unnecessary and confusing. The buffet food was consistently cold, and the staff at both the bar and reception (with one exception) were rude and clearly irritated when we tried to order food or ask questions. There was no fridge in our room, despite us requesting one multiple times – starting from day three of our stay. We also reported that our TV wasn’t working on the first night, and although we were told maintenance would sort it out, nothing was ever done. We chased this up daily with no result. The only staff member who stood out was Santonio at reception – he was friendly, helpful, and really tried his best to assist us. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay. There was no entertainment the entire week until Friday, when they held a pool aerobics session – hardly enough to make up for the lack of atmosphere or activities. On the positive side, the room was a decent size and was cleaned daily, but that’s about the only thing that lived up to expectations. Overall, this hotel was a letdown. Poor service, cold food, and basic amenities not being delivered despite repeated requests. Would not return."

"We stayed for one night and really liked the hotel. The room was clean, newly renovated, and had a comfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel is located on the beachfront. The railway is nearby, but it didn't interfere with our sleep. There's underground parking in the adjacent hotel for €15 per night. The buffet breakfast was excellent and varied. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"This is one of the worst hotels and owners around. The front desk staff will be your meal server, manager, and handyman. They have zero staff and will take your money up front and provide zero service. This is by no mean a sport hotel or a hotel for families. Rooms are horrible and water drainage is a massive issue. Owner will come in and hide and pretend he's a server. This hotel is a scam and should be shut down. DO NOT BOOK unless you want to be ripped off. The place looks nothing like the pictures."
