"Hotel jest bardzo czysty, personel bardzo miły. Świetna lokalizacja. Na śniadaniu panował duży ruch, ponieważ w hotelu przebywało kilka afrykańskich zespołów. Do jedynego ekspresu do kawy i po jedzenie ustawiała się długa kolejka. W pokoju stale czuć było zapach chemikaliów, wydobywający się z systemu wentylacyjnego. Pokój (apartament Junoir) reklamowano jako z widokiem na miasto i góry. W rzeczywistości mogliśmy podziwiać okropny betonowy gruz, który był ruiną plaży, która istniała tam od dziesięcioleci."

"We were checked in by a very unpleasant young lady that reminded us in a very rude manner that parking was EUR8 per day even when I said it's fine with us. One of the rooms we were given had a problem with the air conditioning, and luckily when we went down to the reception to complain, there was another person there that was very helpful and friendly, and he immediately changed it to a better room with a nice view facing the slope. We have stayed at even better 3-star hotels, but the 4-star rating of this hotel is really misleading, and should be downgraded. The rooms are very basic, outdated TV, slow internet unless with an additional fee for faster speed, terrible bathroom with low quality bathroom amenities, and an even worse shower stall. The nicer part of the hotel was the large lobby, and breakfast was quite decent. The only enjoyable experience we had, was going on the toboggan ride on the slope which was not part of the hotel."

"The apartment is located in the old town, close to the world's oldest vines, and the surrounding scenery is charming. There are local wine shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is in a 19th century building, retro. The rooms inside have been modernized and very comfortable. The furniture is pure solid wood and has no smell; the air conditioning and bathroom are international brands; the mattress is particularly comfortable and sleeps very well. The structure of one bedroom and one living room, with a kitchen, and a public free washing machine, is much more comprehensive than the general hotel facilities."
