"Having stayed at this hotel a few times now I feel as though it is slowly going down hill. The service that they offer is poor, especially at breakfast. We were seated fairly promptly and were not returned to for our breakfast order, we had to find a waiter and place a request with them. My husband commented that his cereal was stale and the yoghurt that I ate tasted off, it was just sat on the side in an open bowl with no cover or attempt to keep it cool. We asked for extra coffee which just didn’t turn up, we had to collect butter for our toast rather than it be delivered to the table. If we were to stay again I would eat else where for breakfast and certainly wouldn’t recommend the hotel breakfast to anyone considering staying there, especially with so many eateries in Marlow. I also found that the male staff only addressed my husband which was rude and disrespectful. Overall the location is the main attraction, the rest is not worth the price."

"Wspaniały pobyt! Staff were friendly and always on the ball, food was great, room super comfortable and great value for money. Plus they were so dog friendly that we all felt welcome and it made for a lovely relaxing night in the heart of Marlow. Bonus z trawy na zewnątrz drzwi hotelowych był również idealny. Na pewno wrócimy i nie chcemy zostać gdzie indziej!"

"Party centralne. Dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Piękny stary beamed inn. Dobry śniadanie. Zostaliśmy w piątek i sobota i nasz pokój z widokiem na wysokią ulicę. Klienci siedzący na stołach na ulicy pod naszymi oknami, które nie mogliśmy otworzyć z powodu dymu papierosa, który pływa w górę. Piątek wieczorem jest noc na żywo. Bardzo dobry zespół, głośno, zakończony martwy o 11:00. W sobotę, klienci na zewnątrz rozmawiają i piją do 2:00 w niedzielę rano."

"Very nice hotel in a lovely setting. The room was spacious and comfortable and the buffet breakfast really good. Massive thanks to Beth for sorting a small issue with our room allocation efficiently and with a smile. Only loses a point for the illuminated green smoke detector in the room which kept me awake"

"We stayed here one night whilst visiting Marlow. Expensive for what it is but I guess that’s common in Marlow. Rooms ok but building a bit tatty. Stayed in worse but also much better for the money we paid. Staff very friendly. Great position to access high street and river"
