"The shower in the standard room is so small. My back won't fit through it, at 1.90m it's the limit, the showerhead is at the entrance. So we were allowed to change for free, as it was off season. Great breakfast with lots of delicious sweets"

"Updated modern hotel, but if you don’t have a car there isn’t much to walk too. Location is not ideal unless you plan on spending the entire time at the hotel. The pool area is very nice, they charge for pool towels and close the pool at 6pm so they can use the area as a restaurant in the evening. Room was spacious, and clean. The air conditioning was a little weak for American standard’s. Dinner at the restaurant was very confusing ann the quality of the food was nothing spectacular."

"Typowa bezpieczna jakość Best Western w historycznym hotelu w centrum Marsali, praktycznie na głównym placu, w otoczeniu barów i zabytkowych budynków, ale zaledwie 5 minut spacerem od najbliższej plaży. Hotel nie posiada parkingu, ale obsługa go dla Państwa zaparkuje i przywiezie w dowolnej chwili (nawet o 6.30!). Fantastyczne śniadanie ze zwykłymi produktami i wieloma specjałami, w tym pysznym domowym mlekiem migdałowym (po prostu typowym!). Jedyną uwagą, która nie przypadła mi do gustu, jest dywan w pokoju, nawet jeśli pokój jest fantastyczny."

"Family-run hotel, and that's already a plus. The room was cozy and well-equipped (wifi, air conditioning, private bathroom, balcony), and the breakfast was generous with a good selection. The cappuccino was truly special: I hadn't tasted such a foam in years. The staff was welcoming, empathetic, and always available to satisfy our every tourist request. They anticipated our requests for local restaurants (they also frequent, so that's a guarantee of the quality of the food we'd find), and offered suggestions on what to see, etc. Just like a tourist information office, this allowed us to discover and get to know Western Sicily better. We knew the people in Sicily are hospitable, but we hadn't expected this much. It's a shame we couldn't use the pool because it was out of season. We definitely recommend it. Nie jest powszechne znaleźć czyszczenia i usługi tego dobrego poziomu (przynajmniej we Włoszech). Spotkałem 5 bardzo przyjemnych dni. Lokalizacja jest doskonałą bazą do odwiedzenia Marsala (słony śpiące), Favignana, Trapani, San Vito, Mazara, Selinunte i pięknej doliny Belize. Wrócę. Dziękuję za powitanie! Roberto"

"Fourth time in six years, in complete decline. Not recommended. Sunday clearly they made in the pool at least twice as much as it could contain. Payed the extra fees x services and then there was no free sleep. Better trees for at least 5 years, leaves and continuous insects, cleaning to be re-vised. The unfunctioning oven, made up, cleared with a "I'm sorry". It smells of muffa and humidity inside the apartment. Stay fees paid also x children when only x adults were said. No longer recommended."

The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and welcoming, and the hospitality we received throughout our stay was exceptional. The resort is perfectly located right by the water, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Just a short stroll away, you’ll find several charming bars and inviting restaurants, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal after a day on the water. The atmosphere at Resort Santa Maria is vibrant yet laid-back, the staff are warm and friendly, and everything about our stay made us feel truly at home. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to return!"

They recommended a truly delicious off-menu item: paccheri with fish ragout (shellfish) cooked for 8 hours. Highly recommended. Top quality raw tartare. Very fresh. Limoncello tiramisu prepared with care and fresh products. We will be back soon. Thanks always for the welcome."

"Byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Nie ma nic dopasowania do opisu. Może niestety jesteśmy nieszczęśliwi z powodu niedobrego klimatyzacji w najlepszych pokojach ... Jesteśmy skończeni w małym pokoju w pudełku z naprawionymi meblami. Ale to nie doprowadziło do jakiejkolwiek zniżki cenowej! Reszta środowiska, które były przeładowane, nieczyste, z slalom wśród ścieków odpadów na schodach, czyszczenie w pokoju nie oczekiwano, ale nie w innych miejscach! Ulepszona meble z kilkoma "wynikowymi" przedmiotami i dostawami. Śniadanie, w tym z produktami zniżką, serwowane na tarasie w jaskini wewnętrznej. Nie widzieliśmy nic z słynnego historycznego pałacu tak ozdobionego, Przynajmniej na śniadanie można było pomyśleć o piękniejszem miejscu niż pałac! Jedynym pozytywnym punktem jest to, że stanowisko centralne jest bardzo ważne, a ja bym powiedział, że koszt, nawet jeśli ma być zniżka, nie jest proporcjonalny do oferowanych usług. "
