Zatrzymaliśmy się w jednym z bungalowów, które były przestronne, otoczone naturą i idealne na relaksujący wypad. Wspaniale było obserwować różne zwierzęta w okolicy, co dodało temu miejscu wyjątkowego uroku. Wadą jest to, że wypożyczalnia rowerów jest znacznie za droga i wydaje się, że niewielu gości z niej korzysta. Dodatkowo wiele udogodnień – nawet tak podstawowych jak dodatkowa woda – jest dość drogich, co nieco psuje i tak przyjemne doświadczenie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to piękne miejsce w bezkonkurencyjnej lokalizacji, z doskonałym jedzeniem i uroczym otoczeniem, ale niektóre zasady cenowe mogłyby być bardziej przyjazne dla gości."

"We booked this hotel having read the reviews and website. Before I continue I want to say that we are frequent travellers and mainly stay where possible in 4/5* hotels. Unfortunately apart from the service from the Manager, Nishandra for the first 2 out of 4 days of our stay, and that of a young 18 yr old waiter, Rasanjana, they were 5*. The manager had to leave and left the chef in charge. This is when the staff, apart from Rasanjana seemed to not pay any attention to us. We were the only guests at this time. There is no phone in the room so you have to go hunting to find anyone to assist. The front reception is not always manned, on one occasion when we asked where the girl was we were told she's sleeping and the chef come assistant manager was also not available. The rooms are big and spacious and they will cook different things for you but that's the only positive. Our tap in the bathroom was falling away from the sink. The attention to detail was also not there. The state of the whole hotel is in need of a desperate uplift as it was dirty. The photos and description are misleading. I am sure if the manager had not had to leave for a few days, all the staff would have been 5* in his presence. This review is harsh but honest. It is only for those frequent travellers who are used to a 4/5* service."

"We had a truly wonderful experience at Elphas Resort! The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The pool is absolutely fantastic , perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The entire team is exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay special. The “to-go” breakfast was amazing — such a thoughtful touch for early excursions! A special thanks to the front manager, Mr :De Costa , whose kindness and attention made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to his great tips and connections, we enjoyed incredible experiences — from bathing elephants to an amazing safari. We couldn’t recommend Elphas Resort more highly , it’s a place where comfort, adventure, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly!"

"Po pierwsze, ten hotel jest bardzo odległy, nie ma nic w pobliżu, podróż jest niewygodna, a po drugie, projekt środowiska hotelu kosztował kung-fu, ale nie został dobrze utrzymany, a my zmieniliśmy cztery pokoje w ciągu dnia, Pierwszy wejście nie było 10 minut, że hydraulika była nieprawidłowa, długo czekała, aż zmieniła nam pokój inny niż ten, który zarezerwowaliśmy, a potem odkryła, że nie ma wody, trzeci pokój, a w nocy spadła wielka owadówka na łóżko i na łóżko, co było straszne. Ostatni pokój był o 10:00, żeby się przespać, ale następnego ranka znalazłem, że stały wentylator jest zły! To, co mój mąż wysłał do nich, było naszymi żądaniami, które pozbawiły nas liczenia."
