"The hotel looks old and needs maintenance. The elevator was in really bad condition, and the floor mats smelled old. The pool was dirty and also needs maintenance. There were no large towels available in the pool area. In the room, they only provided two towels even though we were three people."

"We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of."

Jednak, jedna rzecz, którą muszę wygłosić i poprosić hotel, aby go poprawić, to, że przepływ wody na łazience, niezależnie od prysznica lub z kranu był powolny, zostałem na 2 piętrze i nie powinno być niskie ciśnienie wody, że musi być uaktualniony i naprawiony natychmiast, jak najprawdopodobniej będę ponownie w mojej podróży, że wyższe ciśnienie wody i przepływ wody są zwykle oczekiwane."
