"The Location of this hostel is stunning (besides the steps on the way up)! A short work from the town and ferry, we were very pleased! Room was very basic along with the shared bathroom, but couldn’t complain for the price. The staff were amazing, welcoming and caring! We spent a few evenings in the sister hostel round the corner, and the service was incredible! The staff chatted with us, and celebrated a birthday with us too. Would highly recommend this place if you’re okay with basic for a few days!"

"This was the most stunning hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. Both the interior and exterior were renovated and very stylish, yet the original crystal chandelier was still retained, a perfect blend of modern and classic. The staff were all incredibly welcoming; after check-out, they even gave us a small gift bag filled with adorably packaged water and candy – so thoughtful! We definitely want to stay here again next time!"

"Jest to doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic jeziora Como. Latem hostel jest dość pełny, dlatego należy dokonać rezerwacji z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Nie było możliwości przedłużenia rezerwacji w pobliżu terminu. Łóżka nie były zbyt wygodne, a akademiki mają wielu gości i jest w nich bałagan (chociaż myślę, że zależy to od jakości gości), ale dobrą rzeczą jest to, że są niedrogie. Stąd można odwiedzić wiele ładnych wiosek nad jeziorem, Menaggio, Bellagio i Varenna można pokonać w ciągu jednego dnia."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Loveno. It is up a steep hill, 15min walk but the views are worth it from your balcony. Our room (9) had gorgeous views. We had breakfast one morning which was €10 each, eggs & bacon, croissants, meats and cheese. I would definitely recommend"

"Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony. Sąsiaduje z dokuem i autobusem (można jeździć na łodzi), można jeździć na łodzi do Bellajo i innych małych miast. Pokoje hotelowe nie są duże i udogodnienia są stare, ale widok na jezioro pierwsze jest bardzo piękny, a śniadanie jest bardzo bogate i pyszne. Serwis w hotelu jest bardzo uprzejmy i uprzejmy. Hotel ma bezpłatny parking. Obiad i kolacja są drogie i smakują jak zwykle."

"didnt expect much from the price but this was horrible. we had scratchy bedsheets, a sheet cover to place ontop and then another scratchy blanket above that. No duvet or heating, the covers were incredibly thin and cheap. even wrapping ourselves fully in them did not deter the cold. Froze over all night only subsiding until the sun waked. I am diabetic and my body was fighting the heat so hard I kept having to eat sugar throughout the night. Neither of us got any sleep though due to my low body fat percentage i suffered more from the cold. children will probably die here, only in peaks of high summer should anyone ever consider visiting this place. The receptionist came out and stood by the entrance specifically to watch me and my partner as we smoked cigarettes and showed affection to each other - very creepy. Coming here is a weight/fat loss strategy but nothing else."

"Pokój, który zajmowałem jako singiel z widokiem na jezioro, był świetny. Moje uwagi dotyczą złej jakości lunchu i kolacji. Risotto było mdłe i bez smaku pomimo łyżek parmezanu. Łatwo byłoby dodać trochę przypraw i pieprzu. Sałatka z sosem z oliwy z oliwek i octu z saszetki nie była dobra. Na kolację jadłem rybę z miękkimi frytkami, nie było gotowanych warzyw, tylko sałatka. Chipsy ziemniaczane powinny być smażone dłużej, aby były chrupiące. Zrób melanzane parmigiani. Oferowane czerwone wino wywołało u mnie ból brzucha. Zdecydowanie zostań, ale jedz gdzie indziej."
