"A lovely hotel, very welcoming staff and quality foods. We specially liked the wellness area because of the quietness, no noisy children. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small and the area is exposed to busy road. Parking lots are fine for small car, with bigger cars you have a challenge. Overall we liked our stay and will come again."

It was certainly that and more!! It is impossible to find fault in anything. Finest cuisine (both in quality and range of choice), breakfasts to die for, exemplary service, welcoming and friendly staff who can’t do enough to help( nothing is too much trouble for them!) Excellent hotel location and masses to see and do in the vicinity - the use of the included Merano guest card is an absolute bonus for using public transport in the region. Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to return again in the future."
