The MInute noise monitor only tracks decibel levels in the common area of the living room. The Ring camera is placed on the home's exterior to the left of the main entrance door and exclusively monitors the front yard and front door entrance. You will also be asked to sign a liability waiver after your booking is confirmed. If the waiver is unsigned before check-in, the reservation will act as confirmation and acceptance of the liability waiver.Moongaze Stays is available throughout your stay if you have any questions or requests.
