To say that the bathroom was dirty - not to say anything! It was disgusting! Don’t look at the pictures on the site, they are absolutely different! All I want to say is don’t go there! We have paid the full price for 15 days, booked it based on pics and reviews through Ostrovok. When we saw the place, we were shocked! And asked to return money, they said to do it through Ostrovok. Well now all Ostrovok is saying is that the hotel has refused to return the money!! We are very disappointed as staying at that hotel would have been a disgrace! So the hotel and Ostrovok are both not decent!"
