"Zarezerwowano pokój z 2 podwójne łóżka do snu 3 dorosłych. Kiedy przybyliśmy, hotelowy pracownik powiedział, że jedynym pokojem, który mieli dla nas, był łaźnia z 1 King Bed! Kiedy zobaczyliśmy innego klienta, który odwołał i wrócił pokój na stole, prosiliśmy, aby ten pokój też, aby można było mieć 2 pokoje, aby spać 3 dorosłych, pracownicy powiedzieli, że musimy zapłacić za dodatkowy pokój! Pracownicy mówili: "Możemy sprzedać ten pokój za kilkaset dolarów!" (Najwyraźniej większość hoteli została w pełni zarezerwowana tamtej nocy/w weekend ze względu na konkursy szkolne w mieście). Pokój był podstawowy i przestarzały."

"The room cleanliness was so-so. The front desk service was terrible; the staff hid in the back and only came out when I rang the bell. When I paid the deposit, they copied down all my card information instead of swiping the card. The breakfast was awful, with only bread, waffles, and other carbohydrates; nothing else. The juicer was broken; the label said it had been broken for a long time, so I guess they didn't plan to fix it to save costs."

"Definitely not the cleanest hotel around, there's drug deals happening all day every day on the property. Hotel is not a good place for children or families! I have seen bed bugs in multiple rooms and the front desk won't accept any blame. They'll instead blame you and charge you double before they kick you off the property."

"We had a quick overnight stay to be close to fashion place mall. The location has a lot of food around and was safe. My only small dislike was how small the pool and hot tub were. Staff was friendly and everything was updated and clean."
