Takaragawa Onsen Ousenkaku
"Piękny widok, dobry onsen"
Bettei Senjyuan
"Exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Everything is perfect in this establishment. The service is of a level rarely achieved. The decoration is both modern and respects traditions. The collective onsens, very little frequented and therefore very pleasant both exterior and interior, are perfectly arranged with views of the forest, river and mountains. The in-room onsen is on a hanging balcony with an even better view. The meals are delicious, particularly copious with well-decorated dishes and exceptional service. It is even possible to order a very good quality continental breakfast. In short, an establishment to recommend and which deserves to return. Congratulations to all the staff. Great success."
Tatsumikan
"Very good service environment Good dinner and breakfast"
Minakami Onsen Aratashi Minakami
"To był krótki spacer od przystanku autobusowego Minakami Onsen i pokój był czysty. Uwielbiał prywatny incydent z widokiem na rzekę. Nie śniadanie tam, ponieważ cena była trochę ciasna dla nas (~27 SGD), ale jest pobliski piekarnik i inne F&B, więc jedzenie nie było problemem. Oferują PJs i kardigan do przeniesienia. Staff był również miły."
Minakami Kogen Hotel 200
"We had a wonderful stay at Minakami Kogen and our children keep asking when we can go back! We stayed 4 nights midweek in ski season with a 5 and 8yo. Hotel staff helpful and responsive to emails. Booking the shuttle from Jomo Kogen station was fast and easy. Staff were lovely and helpful in person too, most spoke English and they had translate as well. Connecting corner room was spacious by Japanese standards (we locked the corridor door which gave us a large suitcase space and room to get snow gear on and off). Food (buffet restaurant) was excellent. Lots of variety and each food had clearly marked allergens which made selection easy (we are pescetarian and don't eat meat and there were lots of delicious options). We didn't have problems with availability of early dinner times except on our first day. Both indoor and outdoor onsen were great. We didn't find the walk across the carpark to the outdoor onsen a problem and it was usually very quiet, sometimes we had the bath to ourselves. My children find some onsen too hot, but the outdoor one was perfect because it had two sections, one hotter and one cooler. Snow activities were excellent. We could generally choose an activity, walk up to the desk and book to do it right away. One of the days we bought a lift pass and used the long 500m sled run which was excellent and it was fun to be able to ride the chairlift even though we didn't ski or board. The kids parks were great too, the tubing and sledding was good fun and never crowded. We did the Takaragawa onsen excursion through the hotel and enjoyed it. (Mixed gender, clothed bath along a scenic river). Overall, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again."
Minakami Hotel Juraku
"The dinner and breakfast buffets are the best! I was impressed by the luxury of the live kitchen. The French toast and homemade rice balls for breakfast are a must-try! There is free flow, and they also offer a wide range of services such as beer and ice cream after the bath. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely like to stay here again."
Oyado Matsubaya
"Feel like home is an old-fashioned ryokan, but the interior looks clean and modern. The owner takes good care of you like you are family. There is a large public bath separated for men and women. The room is large and not cramped. If I come again, I will book here again. Recommended."
Houshi Onsen Chojukan
"An amazing place which naturally loses some points on location, but that’s its uniqueness. The history and Meiji architecture makes it an absolute alternative hotel, with the historical onsens with snow seeping in an absolute heaven. Staff service was impeccably Japanese. Only downside was there being beetle like bugs and spiders all over the onsen with sticky tapes provided in the room for self-capture. Maybe an inevitable situation unfortunately."
Ryokan Tanigawa
"It was my first hot spring ryokan in Japan and I enjoyed it successfully."

Kanzan
"Hotel Boutique z 5 Pokoi i są bardzo przestronne i dobre. Trzy onseny tutaj i jeden oferuje wspaniałe widoki na góry. Cena obejmuje bezpłatny dostęp do onseny i pół planszy. Pół deski jest dobrze warte, jako japońskie śniadanie i kolacja jest doskonały. Najlepszy hotel w którym kiedykolwiek zamieszkaliśmy."
Minakamisansou
"What impressed me most was the excellent breakfast and dinner! I highly recommend staying at this onsen hotel when visiting Gunma. The main dish for dinner was sukiyaki, which was delicious, and each dish was prepared with great care. The food here is really tasty! This time, I stayed in a room with a private open-air onsen bath. The onsen quality here is very high; the spring water isn't heated, allowing you to soak while enjoying the view of Mount Tanigawa. The service was impeccable in every detail, including specially provided pajamas and decaffeinated roasted tea served at night. The next morning, you can also enjoy complimentary coffee while admiring Mount Tanigawa again."
Fukunoya
"The place was clean and the hot springs were great, but when we arrived for dinner, which was supposed to start at 6:30 pm, it wasn't ready. We were kept waiting, and even after being seated, it took over 30 minutes for the shabu-shabu pot and meat to arrive... some people waited for an hour. The website showed luxurious tempura and other dishes, but all we got was shabu-shabu, sushi, simmered dishes, and jelly. Breakfast was also disappointing, and this was with two meals included, costing over 10,000 yen per person compared to a room-only stay! And to top it all off, there were only about five staff members, so I wonder how they plan to get through a public holiday... All the staff were foreigners, and their Japanese was broken. It was heartbreaking to see one person working so hard and apologizing. It's such a shame, especially since they said they were trying to make a living by renovating a closed-down inn."
Hotel Yu-No-Jin
"You can tell that the place is very well cleaned. Table tennis: No reservation necessary if there's space available. The ventilation fan in the room is loud, so it might be a good idea to turn it off when you go to sleep."
Kinseikan Seseragi
"Nice staff. Good room. Location is a bit far from things but good for quiet environment. Driving is a must. The food, good but not as good as some other places we were in before. Recommend to try especially if in the area."
Minakami Onsen KKR Hotel Minakami Suimeiso
"W tym miejscu, w którym mieszkam, nie ma żadnych dowodów, że nie ma żadnych dowodów. Zaleca się używanie małej rodzinnej basenu przy dużym basenie publicznej."
Minakami Onsengo Yubiso Onsen Hotel Yunojin
"Restaurant close early . Cannot order food . Vending machines only take cash"
Hotel Shimeikan
"We went with our family. Our growing children were looking forward to their meals and asked for lots of refills, but the staff were very accommodating. There were many manga comics in the lobby, which seemed to be quite popular with elementary and junior high school students. It's understandable considering the rising price of rice, but the rice smelled a bit like it had been left warm, which was disappointing."
Apple farm glamping villa HARASAWA
Gensen Yunoyado Sennotani
"Wóz jest łatwiejszy, śniadanie 6:30-9 punkt. Wieczerzę jest zapytać recepcjonistę, ma 2 prywatnych wentylatorów, ale kosztuje więcej niż pieniądze."
Hotel Sunbird
"Our visit to this hotel was perfectly adequate. The traditional setting provided a nice sense of atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The onsen facilities themselves were clean and relaxing, meeting our expectations for a hot spring experience. Our room was spacious, but the amenities felt a little dated and could use some refreshment. Dinner and breakfast were included, offering a standard array of Japanese cuisine that was palatable, though not exceptional. The staff were polite. Overall, it's a safe and decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills, standard onsen hotel experience."
Shioya Spa
"It was a very nice place to stay. I will definitely use it again."
