So good to see lots folks bustling around beautiful DUNSTER . Paul was Top rated Helpful to advise & sort out special time away …. taking his valuable ( as said it was a busy time for the Yarn Market Hotel ) to resolve a problem ( nothing actually to do with the Hotel ) Yet he put himself out & made us a pit of tea whilst we waited . Kind , thoughtful, helpful , welcoming , enthusiastic, comfortable, clean , quant , countryside genuine …. Sums up our time at the Yarn Market Hotel - THANK YOU …. we will be back …"

"Although we had booked a King/Twin room months in advance, sadly we were informed upon our arrival that something had gone wrong with the booking system, which meant that the room was not available. The landlord offered us a Double and an adjacent Single room instead, which is obviously not a desirable option for a married couple on a romantic getaway. We therefore opted to both sleep in the double room, though we regretted our decision the next morning, as the bed was clearly too narrow for two people to sleep in comfortably. The landlord had offered to make up for this mishap with our dinner, though we ended up being merely treated to 2 glasses of sparkling wine, which seemed a bit too small a gesture for our inconvenience. On the bright side, staff very generally friendly and we liked the breakfast. But having seen the high review rating this Inn is getting, it did feel somewhat of a let-down, to be honest. Google lists the establishment as a 4-star hotel, which doesn't seem quite appropriate. E.g. bottled water in the room was sorely missing. The decor also seemed rather dated to us."

"The Crown Hotel is exceptional. Staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, the room was immaculate with everything you need, a very comfortable bed, tea, making facilities and a lovely hot shower. We stayed on a winters day and it was great to return to the hotel that was so warm and cosy with the fires all lit. The breakfast was delicious. we had dinner in the hotel which was exceptional with a good choice on the menu. I would highly recommend the Crown Hotel and will definitely be returning."

"Co za wspaniały pub to! Właściciel Jane i jej zespół robią niesamowitą pracę, sprawiając, że goście czują się dobrze w domu. Byliśmy tam na wielkie rodzinne przyjęcie - 15 z nas. Jane zarezerwowała nas w swoim bardzo specjalnym pomieszczeniu imprezowym, pełnym przytulnego jadalni i przytulnej kanapy. Stolik był pięknym urządzeniem z żarówkami i kwiatami. Jane powiedziała nam, że możemy zostać na górze i imprezę tak późno jak lubiliśmy (lokalizacja oznaczała, że inni goście nie przeszkadzają). Wspaniałe sypialnie, wygodne łóżka i pyszne dom gotowane śniadanie. Dużo oszałamiających spacerów na Exmoor prosto od drzwi.Nie można powiedzieć wystarczająco o naszym pobycie! Bardzo highly recommend!"
