"Nawet jedna gwiazdka to za dużo jak na taką usługę... Trzy rodziny poprosiły o pokoje na tym samym piętrze podczas rezerwacji, a hotel nawet potwierdził dane naszych gości. Jednak gdy zameldowaliśmy się o 19:00, powiedziano im, że pokoje na tym piętrze nie zostały jeszcze posprzątane — nie że nie ma już wolnych pokoi... Nie było ani słowa przeprosin; po prostu powiedzieli, że nic nie mogą zrobić bez zaproponowania rozwiązania. Poprosiliśmy ich o natychmiastowe przysłanie sprzątaczki, ale nie mogli się z nią skontaktować i ciągle mówili nam, żebyśmy pogodzili się z tym, że jesteśmy na różnych piętrach. Zarezerwowaliśmy około 13:00 i potwierdziliśmy, że jesteśmy na tym samym piętrze, ale zameldowaliśmy się dopiero o 19:00. Dlaczego pokój nie został posprzątany wcześniej? Personel hotelu był niegrzeczny i nie chciał przyznać, że to ich problem. To pierwszy raz, kiedy spotkałem się z takim hotelem; nauczyłem się czegoś nowego."
