"A fairly priced hotel on the outskirts of Miranda de Ebro. The main issue is that the reception is not 24 hours. We arrived back at the hotel at 00:30 on our second night to find that our key cards no longer worked, as there was nobody on the desk we had to sleep on the floor of our friends room. A helpful staff member the next morning advised the attached petrol station can provide key card resets however nobody at the petrol station answered any of our 3 attempts to ring the service bell. This hotel really needs an emergency phone number for situations such as this. Rooms - Spacious and clean with all the basic requirements. Car Park - Limited availability but managed to secure a space. Price - Very reasonable. Bar/Restaurant - Serviceable food, ridiculously cheap beers, can not complain about that 🍺"
