"I expected the Novotel to be excellent given its high price, but the standard was far below acceptable. The place wasn't clean, and I wasn't happy with the service. There were stains on the floor everywhere, the toilet door was broken, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged, taking a long time to fix. We were spending our first days of marriage there and, unfortunately, we weren't happy at all. I do not recommend it."

"Absolutely terrible! I came as a family of eight, in four rooms. When you make a complaint, it feels like nobody cares. When you ask for the manager, you get the impression that they have an answer for everything and won't admit their mistakes. We were offered a cocktail menu, but ultimately, there wasn't a drop of alcohol in the hotel. The staff needs improvement; no smiles whatsoever. They clearly didn't get a smile bonus. The cleanliness is appalling: blood on the mattress, electrical outlets that keep coming loose. We looked under the bed and found empty bottles, discarded. Below that, a terrace covered in droppings. Two pigeons, a noisy air conditioner—it felt like we were on a boat. The breakfast was awful, and we were kicked out at 10:01 AM. Shameful! They must have found their four-star rating somewhere; it only deserves one star. The sun loungers were infested with ants and were dirty and old. The worst experience for me and my children at this hotel. It's what you call a tourist trap; they're only interested in our money. We made I filed a complaint 24 hours ago and still haven't received a response. We're told the manager isn't there, what a coincidence! It's a real disgrace for Morocco. Avoid this place at all costs; I absolutely do not recommend this hotel."

"Nice staff, fairly basic hotel. The staff here are very pleasant especially the restaurant/breakfast staff. The A/C heater didn't seem to be working but I was only there one night and it was warm enough. It is clean, well-located and very good value."

"Byłem tu kilka razy. Prawdę mówiąc, za każdym razem, kiedy w ogóle nie byłem zabawny. Usługa była średnia, ale dziś wieczór, zostałem powitany przez uroczą młodą damę o nazwisku *Meryem* ....co urocza usługa, ona była pełna uśmiechu, nie mogłem prosić o więcej. Dam 5 gwiazd, bo jest odpowiednim modelem dla tego miejsca."
