"On my journey north, I stayed at the Juguang Hotel in Mohe, and I was thoroughly impressed. Considering the local conditions in Mohe, this hotel is truly excellent. The facilities are good, and finding breakfast and lunch nearby is very convenient with delicious options and great value for money. The hotel's service, however, truly stands out. The owners are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. On our last day, the owner's son even went out of his way to drive us to the train station – big thumbs up! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mohe."

"I traveled to Beijicun (Arctic Village) with both elderly family members and kids this time, and choosing this guesthouse exceeded all our expectations—I truly recommend it. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the Northernmost Post Office, making it super convenient to send postcards, and it's not far from the other sights in the village either. The owner even offers free pickup/drop-off within the village, which took away so much hassle, especially when traveling with heavy luggage, seniors, and children. The room was quite spacious with a minimalist, stylish decor. We booked the Starry Sky Room, which had a skylight right above the bed. Lying in bed at night watching the stars was amazing, and the kids were thrilled! Cleanliness was top-notch—the bedding was spotless, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The amenities were fully equipped, including a mini-fridge and a hairdryer. There's even an elevator, so we didn't have to haul heavy suitcases up the stairs, which was very elderly-friendly. The courtyard was neatly kept with a well-manicured lawn; sitting outside catching the breeze under the clear blue sky was such a vibe. Breakfast was authentic, home-style Northeast cuisine, featuring freshly ground soy milk and homegrown sweet corn—simple, hearty, and satisfying. You can also order lunch or dinner in advance with the landlady; her home-cooked dishes were delicious with very fresh ingredients. The hosts were incredibly warm and hospitable, patiently recommending sightseeing routes, the best spots for sunset and potential Aurora sightings, and sharing thoughtful safety tips for the forest area. There’s also a laundry room in the common area, making it very convenient to do laundry on a long trip. Overall, it’s rare to find a guesthouse of this quality in Beijicun. It hits all the marks for ambiance, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for families with kids or seniors—we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Mohe!"
