In general, the "apartment" requires a general renovation and cleaning, and the bed needs to be replaced - by the way, you can't sleep on it because it sinks in. In addition, the offer is inconsistent with the description on Booking - parking away. We walked about 0.8 kg uphill with bags🤦🏻‍♀️ the description says that getting to the "apartment" on skis - a scam. The room is dusty, dirty. After the intervention they gave us 100 E back! Embarrassing! This type of treatment of a customer is unacceptable."

"It took us a while to get there, as the phone number on Trip is not up to date, it has not been for the apartments for two years. Once that was sorted out, everything else was fine. It smelled a bit damp and the cleaning was average. There was cigarette ash on the inside of a window. There was only one trash can in the bathroom. There were no other trash bags in the entire apartment."

"The location is great - right near the slopes for easy access. However, the accommodations are very basic - uncomfortable beds, no soap provided in the bathroom, poorly controllable heating system. I would recommend only in case you are not able to book a different accomodation. Thank you for the service provided!"

"A great three nights here. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. The breakfast is a wonderful buffet of all sorts of unusual things besides the normal cereal and toast. Lovely setting with views over the mountains. A full dinner is offered by booking in the morning. 25 minutes to the Al Hambra parking some local walks too. Room 5 was lovely with a small balcony."
