The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a 5-minute walk from the train station. It’s very convenient to go to the Cinque Terre. There is an elevator. The room is small but there is no problem opening two 28-inch boxes. You can store your luggage for free. The price is very high

We booked the studio and it was amazing. Brand new and very clean, all amenities you need and excellent location, right in the centre city, as well as 5 minute walk from the train station. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly. Will book again and totally recommend (P.S. the last night we had to switch for another room because we decided last minute to extend and it was not as new and beautiful, but also very clean. I do highly recommend the studios tho)

This hotel is well situated in a quiet area near all attractions. It is fun in its minimalistic and slick design. The beds are huge and comfortable. The air con works well, the showers are invigorating and the Hotel is eco friendly. All these things are great but what makes this Hotel stand out way beyond most others is the staff. Each and every person I have dealt with here is interested, helpful, professional and at all times caring. At a time I was beginning to lose hope in the service industry The Poet Hotel has restored my faith. We have loved our unexpected time here.

Very good niche travel destination, it is recommended, the hotel is good: 1, diet: breakfast in the middle of the rules,; booked half-board, dinner dishes can be; service attitude is very good; 2, parking: definitely have to go by car, stayed for two nights, the hotel garage 40 euros stopped for one day, Italy parking costs are similar in several cities, very expensive. 3, room: booked is the administrative sea view room (that is, the 4th floor room), the room area is really small, it is more than a dozen flat, a suitcase will be, two suitcases can not open, slightly have a nainai tide However, the executive room has a small balcony that can be smoked to see the scenery (the balcony will be covered by the room, which does not affect the view), and if it is the 4th floor (408, 409), the balcony does not have a room. But basically can't stand, no area, and the view will be blocked by other rooms, we just switched to other rooms. It feels like the room with 2 floors is the best room type. We stayed for 7 nights and could not fault anything. We are so happy we chose to stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly including Francesco the minibus driver, the breakfast staff and the two owners. They could not have done more to make our stay better. The room was spacious with a large comfy bed, nice bedding, quiet air con and a large bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water, large balcony with great views over the beautiful countryside. The pool was a welcome delight after being out visiting the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere. There was always enough sunloungers. The breakfast (with stunning views )was delicious with lovely croissants, fresh cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cheese and hams and breads, cereals, yogurts, eggs, pancakes and more. We had a few lunches which were also very good but only ate there one evening as we prefer to walk into town. There are several terraces for drinks and a complimentary mini bus to collect or take you to town or the train so don’t worry about it being high up. It’s a ten minute walk to the train or town downhill and easily walkable. We would highly recommend this hotel. The only one thing we may have used if it had been there was an iron as our clothes were quite creased. I am sure if we had asked they would have provided one but we just never bothered. There is a spa which looked lovely but we never used. It’s a perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terre and beyond. Excellent train service and boat to Porto Venere. Walk to Bonnasola next door to Levanto through the tunnels.
