"We had a 10 day stay using one of the lower level deluxe apartments. We enjoyed many things by choosing Sandcastles. The friendly team who manage the facility, the big balcony, clean and tidy apartment, big bathroom and shower, and comfortable bed, made the choice of staying at Sandcastles a good choice. Most of all was the great location. Very close to the Mooloolaba Wharf with all of its eating places, the Surf Club, and so close to the southern end of The Esplanade. There were 2 good sized TVs – lounge plus bedroom; good furniture both within the apartment and on the balcony. Coles is the only supermarket in Mooloolaba and this is a 10 minute or more walk away. We found this Supermarket to be not up to standard and much preferred the 3 Supermarkets 5 mins by bus south at the Kawana Shopping Centre. This Shopping Centre also has a Butchers Shop as well as the 3 Supermarkets. Although the apartment has single glazed windows we were never troubled by noise. We had no car so did not use the Car park but did notice that it was underground at the Sandcastles and very secure. We used the frequent buses from the bus stop only a 1 minute walk away. Our booking was made by phone and we received the apartment and location we asked for. Price was very similar to other Mooloolaba apartments but the big advantage of Sandcastles is its superb location within Mooloolaba. Most definitely a major attraction being only a short walk to everything. We have stayed at Mooloolaba several times over the last 10+ years and were pleased we choose Sandcastles for the first time on this visit. Sandcastles is not a high rise building but views are still adequate but its prices are much better that what the high rise accommodations charge."

"Absolutely recommend this place!! Right from check in, being an easy and informative process. Great customer service!! Good car parking space, and very clean lift. Room was fantastic! Spacious, full apartment setup. Kitchen and facilities, well equipped. Bedrooms spacious and clean. Lots of spare blankets/pillows in both rooms. Bathrooms both main and ensuite, are very clean and well presented. Beds are comfy and and are setup with smart tvs. Very modern apartment with a big outdoor area with large 6 seater outdoor furniture for eating and or entertaining. Pool, Spa and Sauna were well used by my family and are well maintained. Walking distance to the beach, and main shopping centre and great eateries of Mooloolaba. We were literally in the heart of Mooloolaba. I can’t wait for our next trip, and will without a doubt book Alexandra on the Pacific again! Thank you so so much for an amazing accommodation and experience 🥰"

"Mieszkaliśmy w Saltwater Villas Moololaba na moje urodziny i mieli najlepszy czas! Willa nadmorska była czysta, przestronna i idealnie przygotowana na relaksujący ucieczkę. Miejsce jest niepokonane spokojne, ale wciąż blisko wszystkiego. Nasi dwa psy traktowano jak rodzina, a posiadanie prawdziwie przyjaznego dla zwierząt miejsca na wodzie sprawiło, że jeszcze lepiej. Uwielbialiśmy obudzić się do widoków na kanał i cieszyliśmy się dwiema nocami czystej relaksu. Bardzo zalecam to dla par lub każdego, kto chce przyjaznego dla zwierząt, scenic uciekania."

"Przyjemna niespodzianka. Wygodny i przestronny apartament o 100m od plaży. Gimnazja, sauna i basen. Bardzo przyjazny personel. Plaża jest super z ogromnymi, łagodnymi falami i ciepłą wodą. Życie uratuje tam. Klub RSL-run jest właśnie na plaży i mieszkańcy dostaje 10% off. Około 200m w przeciwnym kierunku jest absolutnie ogromny kompleks zakupów. Moololaba jest około 10 minut jazdy. To jest doskonała sytuacja. Każdy pokój ma wentylator i główny obszar mieszkalny ma kontener. Bardzo zalecane."

"We booked and confirmed our booking. 2 weeks later (today) we were called saying our booking had been cancelled and given a very pathetic reason. The real reason was the Mooloolabah triathlon had been cancelled and moved to the date we were staying. So they bumped our booking to get a more expensive rate from someone else. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Any traveller with a moral compass will avoid this place like the plague."
