The hotel breakfast only offered drinks and cakes; even basic milk and bread were not provided. The rooms were poorly soundproofed; noises from upstairs and next door could be clearly heard. The hotel's exterior and surroundings were okay, and parking was free."

"We decided to spend a few days in the Charleston area as we just droppes off our boy at USC and were now empty nesting. The Inn was beutiful, clean and so welcoming. Located between Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston, ir was perfect for exploring the entire area and all the attractions with very short easy drives. The added bonus of using the Ion community pools, fitness center, and tennis courts added to the great stay. Will absolutly stay here again."

We weren't informed when we checked in, and when we came back from our trip the next day, we found the room hadn't been cleaned. We went to the front desk and were told that the room was only cleaned once every four days."
