Last week, after 2016 and 2017, we were again for a week to ski in St. Moritz. Basis for skiing on the very well prepared paths in Corviglia and Corvatsch was again the Youth Hostel. The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff from the reception through the kitchen to the service was remarkable. The great atmosphere is certainly also a result of good guidance from the management of the hostel. Thank you, we're happy to come back! Maren and Andreas

We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

21 day Adventure in Switzerland. Planes, trains, boats, busses, 9 cities and plenty of amazing hikes. Our favorite 3 cities/regions: Lugano, Montreux and St. Moritz. Saw the tourist towns Interlaken, Zurich, Lucerne, Zermatt and Grindelwald. Day trip to Milan. Took the Gotthard Express, Bernina Express (bus+train), Glacier Pass, and Golden Pass scenic trains. Most enjoyed the Charlie Chaplin Museum, Mt. Rigi, and Chateau Chillon. From a hotel standpoint, we stayed in 8 properties either for either 2 or 3 nights. All properties were 3 or 4 stars on Expedia/Tripadvisor. Here's the factors we used to rank order them: Bed Comfort, Location to Transport (main train station), Front Desk, Housekeeping, Ambiance, Breakfast, Cost. 66 pts. Just finished a WONDERFUL vacation at the Kulm hotel!!!We had a junior suite overlooking the lake. As an interior designer I can tell you the suite was done beautifully!!. It was spacious, gorgeously done, and very comfortable. The service in the hotel was beyond wonderful. We can truly say they were there to attend to every request. We were on half board so had breakfast and dinner in the main dinning room. They made sure that we had whatever we requested!!! Menu or no menu we were given whatever we wanted.The concierge was so helpful. We wanted two send bags ahead to Zurich which is a challenge on a weekend but he made sure it happened without difficulty. Truly a relaxing and delightful time!!! We can't wait to return!

I never take the time to write reviews as i’m more of a “direct feedback” person, but i have to share this one.. We left this magical place with a full heart. The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.

Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. This kind of service that makes people go back

We booked directly with the hotel. It is situated about 1 km from the heart of the town. The room was of decent size and very clean. Amenities included couple of swivel chairs, a writing desk, two cupboards, flat TV (however with limited English channels), bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom was of decent size and very clean but the shower cubicle was a bit cramped at about 75 cm square. Bathroom amenities were of good quality and towels were very clean. They provide free access to the steam bath facility across the street though we did not try it. Breakfast spread was good; in fact, you could even get eggs cooked to order. There are two restaurants here but one of them was closed. The breakfast room was of good size and Covid protocols were followed. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The bus-stop is about a 100 ms. away - very convenient to get to the railway station, Corvatsch and other places. They have only a limited number of free open air car parking slots (about 12 nos.) but have paid underground car parking (again limited to about 12 nos.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property. We will surely stay there again the next time we visit St. Moritz. I must make special mention of Mr. Nicola at the front desk who was extremely courteous and went out of the way to help us throughout our stay. He took care of even the smallest of our requests and all with a smile! Such people are a great asset to the hotel and I hope the management recognises his efforts. All in all, we had a most comfortable stay.

PERFEITO!!!!! um hotel incrível que alia tradição e bons serviços. Utilizei o transfer gratuito da estação de trem para o hotel para chegar no hotel , parecia um sonho : funcionários atenciosos, local totalmente reformado com uma decoração linda, recebemos um upgrade de quarto e chegamos a nossa suíte impecável. O café da manhã é um show a parte e possui absolutamente tudo de primeira qualidade. O hotel Possui um acordo com o clube local de piscinas e atravessamos a rua estávamos no clube na piscina aquecida de frente para a montanha … o transporte público de ônibus é bem perto e sempre que precisamos, o hotel pediu um táxi para nós. Absolutamente incrível e inesquecível….. escolha esse hotel para sua estadia em st Moritz !
