Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina – babcia, ponad 80-latka, dwoje dorosłych i dwoje nastolatków – wspaniale spędziła czas w hotelu Huangguoshu (Drzewo Żółtych Owoców) w Guizhou. Wodospad Huangguoshu to najwyższy wodospad w Azji, o wysokości 67 metrów i szerokości 83,3 metra. Cały malowniczy obszar Huangguoshu obejmuje 18 wodospadów, co czyni go największym skupiskiem wodospadów na świecie. Pobyt w hotelu był wspaniały. Naszym ulubionym daniem był smażony makaron na śniadanie. Po codziennej, pełnej przygód wycieczce do parku narodowego, rozkoszowaliśmy się przyjemnym prysznicem i mogliśmy spać spokojnie. Pokój był czysty i nowy, a na zewnątrz panowała spokojna cisza. W dniu wyjazdu nasz wcześniej zorganizowany transporter zmienił pojazd z 6-osobowego SUV-a na 21-miejscowego busa, na co nie wyraziliśmy zgody. Na szczęście kierownik hotelu pomógł nam skontaktować się z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za transport i zorganizował wygodny, 6-osobowy samochód, który zawiózł nas na dworzec kolejowy w Anshun. Personel hotelu to lokalni mieszkańcy, więc dobrze znają to miejsce i ludzi. Ten butikowy hotel jest gorąco polecany. Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina przywiozła ze sobą wspaniałe wspomnienia z pobytu. Oto, co nam się podobało w pokoju I udogodnienia: - Telewizor: Telewizor projekcyjny w pokoju rodzinnym, wyjątkowe doświadczenie - Łazienka: silne ciśnienie wody, dobry prysznic - Toaleta: samoczynnie spłukująca - Ręczniki: jednorazowe ręczniki kąpielowe i chusteczki do twarzy, z możliwością uzupełniania - Pralka: podczas mojego pierwszego pobytu w hotelu, pralka była dostępna w pokoju! This homestay is heaven on earth!😍 The location is nestled between the beauty of nature and the beauty of what man can create, the astonishing baling bridge. The hotel is far from the city and restaurants but the staff do tell you that in advance so they can prepare lunch and dinner for you. I found it to be the perfect escape in nature✨ The staff were so friendly and helped with everything I needed. Loved this stay and would definitely come back in the future.🩵🩵🩵 ⚠️Do book the rooms with the bathtubs😍

Beautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.

The hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel.

The counter staff were friendly and courteous. Even the cleaning lady was very helpful. The hotel is walking distance to the entrance of Huangguashu Waterfall. There are many restaurants nearby.

從入住到退房都無可挑剔！前台服務熱情，客房服務也很及時。泳池水質好，小童城堡是遛娃神器，最關鍵是停車位多還帶充電樁，必須五星推薦！小酒館太有感覺了，駐唱氛圍好，自己也能上去吼兩嗓子。早餐豐盛得讓人選擇困難，客房服務細緻周到。泳池乾淨、停車也方便，下次還來！

Fantastic hotel situated in an incredibly well-preserved Ming dynasty village. Our hosts were very accommodating and the room was fantastic - very clean and a comfortable bed! There are many things to see here, including a Buddhist temple of 500 years one of the mountains the town in nestled beneath. Far different from the new old towns we saw in Lijiang and shangri-la, this village is the real deal and just unbelievable to walk through and explore. We also enjoyed walking down to the nearby town outside the gates. The Karst mountains in this area are extremely dramatic and beautiful to behold. There is a speciality coffee shop and a place to get breakfast near the gate - we suspect that we were visiting outside of peak time as it was generally quiet but that suited us just fine. The host made us wonton and dumpling soup in a vegetable broth which was very nice. The hosts are very kind and they have prepared a wonderful place from which to explore this very special village. It is about a 40 minute taxi from Anshun West station and 20-30 minute taxi into Anshun city. Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
