However, I booked this hotel specifically for its floor heating, and was very disappointed to find the room freezing cold. The staff explained that central heating in the city can only be switched on by the government starting October 1st, still a few days away. Although they provided a space heater, it could not replace the comfort of proper heating. To avoid disappointment, the hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the heating policy.”

The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!”

The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.”

„The hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable.”

GGośćGreat place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

GGośćThe Sevice from the Staff is wonderful, there’s no doubt about on staff services, especially the handsome staff 德克 helping me to collect my courier 2 times from other place, and he was well keeping my stuff for me, and do inform me regarding my courier that he was collected and sent to my room, another handsome man called 小林 also very helpful and really nice. Just one things I can’t accept that is no air-con for this hotel (winter), I humid and hot in the room, they provided me a fans (only one fan in the hotel), then I only can sleep. If they can provide air con during the winter I’m sure will not come back, if they do I will definitely come back to stay again. Thank u.

SSarahtheSiameseModern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

Obrazek o 10 minut rzeczywisty pobyt w sensie wzroku może być 6-7 punkt. Pokój jest prosty, podpozycja dodaje do wilgoci, reszta nie jest wyjątkowa. Rozmieszczenie i montaż pokoi nie są wizualne, może być znacznie niższe niż oczekiwano, Piękny widok na okno, ale nie wspaniały. Serwis: niewiele osób z usługi pobytu, wrażenie 2-3 dziewczyna, pomoże w walizce, doda wcześnie Wektora, może się skontaktować z dowolnym żądaniem klucza. Mmakusaku酒店位置很好找，導航直接到酒店門口。前台服務態度熱情，詢問都耐心解答。特別是郭店長幫我們解決了用車問題，真是幫了大忙了。房間衞生做都很乾凈，洗手盆和馬桶擦洗乾淨，入住放心。最重要的是價格非常實惠，周邊環境優美，氣候宜人，冬天去滑雪場還有接送。性價比超高，非常值得推薦。

Hotel breakfast was also great, with good dining options within 5-10 mins walk that can give you sufficient dining options for the whole week. Only con is that as of November 2025, many of the surrounding hotels have yet to open for business, so it can seem very quiet at night compared to the adjacent Hebei town.
