„This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.”

The only drawback is that the shower towels are a bit old; after multiple washes, they've become somewhat rough and stiff, making them uncomfortable to use.”

„入住體驗非常糟糕。最初給的8509房間一進門就是一股明顯的悶酸味，窗户無法打開，前台解釋為“消防要求”，但空調開了一兩個小時味道依然散不掉。隨後下樓要求換房，換到二樓後發現窗户可以正常打開，房間也基本沒有異味。 離譜的是第二天早上九點多，我還在睡夢中，酒店突然來電，稱五樓垃圾桶損壞，並直接認定需要由我賠償。整個溝通過程中，對方態度強硬，衹因為垃圾桶裏有我的冰淇淋包裝，就認定是我“弄壞”的。我當即表示疑問：正常丟棄垃圾屬於合理使用，我在五樓僅停留一兩個小時，也未對垃圾桶進行任何暴力或不當操作，垃圾桶如何會因此損壞？即便垃圾桶是在我入住期間出現問題，衹要是在正常使用情況下損壞，也理應屬於設施老化或質量問題，而不該無理由轉嫁給住客。酒店作為經營方，本應有基礎的設施維護和報損更新機制，而不是在毫無證據的情況下打電話騷擾住客、強行索賠。整體處理方式極不專業，也嚴重影響入住體驗。 本來就惱火，求開發票硬是開了一個星期才開出來，不催估計直接不開了，給箇中評，望酒店吸取教訓”

„房間很大，硬件沒得説了，前台小姐姐非常熱心的幫我升級了房間。房間又大又舒適，真是住的不想走了。早餐的小姐姐非常熱心禮貌周到。進入酒店所到之處，你都感受到工作人員禮貌而周到的服務！後來行程有變，晚上是保安大哥開車送我去火車站，謝謝他。麗呈華庭酒店讓我在格爾木度過了愉快的一天！如果有機會再來格爾木出差，還會選擇入住”
