„帶父母自駕雲南行，本是期望值最高的沒想到成了最失望的一夜。特地開車多彎幾十公里路到邦臘掌體驗温泉，可體驗卻很糟。酒店整個環境裝修裝飾等可以説都是相當不錯，服務也特別熱情，但我個人認為酒店尚未調試、調整完成，暫不適合接客營業。 1、温泉設施仍未準備妥當，入住當夜還在修理，水温很低，到10點勉強泡了泡，第二天父母均出現一些感冒症狀； 2、洗澡水水壓很小，水温不高，人洗不熱； 3、房間沒有取暖設施，中央空調都還沒有安裝，衹能靠一台暖氣片取暖，衹有局部暖氣，整個家庭套房根本無法完全滿足，也是家人出現感冒症狀的可能原因； 4、智能調控開關非常混亂，開關窗簾開關燈大亂套，住得很糟心； 5、家庭套房衹給配備2套洗浴毛巾、拖鞋、浴袍，不合理； …… 工作人員都很淳樸，耐心聽取，頻頻道歉。但願能儘快解決這些問題，好好經營。”
