„It's a budget hotel with good amenities.
The front desk is strangely located at the second floor and not at the main building entrance. It was good though. It was relatively small but it was clean and presentable with some decor. The receptionist was nice and courteous as she did her best to give us what we requested (a quiet room for someone who came from a long and tiring motor ride). When we came inside the room, it was a bit smaller than what you usually have with other hotels but mind you, their bed was so comfortable and soft with nice pillows and duvet covers. Ventilation was also good. They also have a huge aesthetic ceiling fan guests can use. The faucet and shower have hot and cold options. There's TV and safety deposit box too. It was indeed a nice comfy stay.”

„Ten jest trudny, ponieważ mamy kilka niewyjaśnionych sytuacji.
Po pierwsze, sam hotel był wcześniej Marriot 5-Star w dniu przed przejęciem w 2018 roku przez Seda Group.
Po drugie, istnieje tak wiele trwających remontów i budowy, że trzeba być świadomym; hałas przychodzący z Nowej budowy, basen hotelowy jest niedostępny z Feb-2025 i goście muszą przejść przez ulicę do basenu innej organizacji. Niestety to był dla nas łamier. Jedzenie było średnio z tańszym i lepszym żarcie znajduje się zaledwie kilka minut spacerem przez park.
Ogólnie, salon gościnny (lokalizowany na poziomie 12) jest bonusem, ale jest super budżet, nie 4-Star Materiał.
P.S. Nie ma baru dachowego, tylko salon z widokiem na budowę.
P.S.S Dom Lechona jest 5 minut przez Grab, który jest plus.”

„The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However,
1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though.
2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room
3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days.
4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time
5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy.
6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator.
7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off.
Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel.”

„11/10. Been booking with Diane for quite some time, my partner and I. This has been our favorite hotel in Cebu, and we are gatekeeping it lol
But in our recent stay, I feel like we were not supposed to have the correct room that we're supposed to get, but not really sure about it. I booked a Superior Room with a City view so we can watch some fireworks during Christmas Eve, but when we came into the room, the window was a small one, and when we tried to open the window, we could only see equipment outside blocking the window and the view; the window was forced to just open maybe just 5 inches and that's it. I don't know what City View I was supposed to see. Overall, that's just my only concern. The girl from the reception wearing white did not seem happy (those that are in green uniforms are fine, I love them and those in the dining area even in the rooftop - but the girl in the reception that day idk whats with her) when giving us the room key, she was smiling a little bit, but I could feel she wanted us to just go and disappear in front of her.
Overall, we just brush it off and moved on with our day and enjoyed the view from that little window and the from the rooftop. We still love Diane's and will still keep recommending this to our friends and family ofcourse. 11/10.”

CCayucosAn otherwise pleasant stay ruined by somewhat incompetent communication surrounding a private transfer booked through the hotel. For those booking a private transfer through the hotel it’s worth knowing the following:
1) this is a third party arrangement and as such whether it is “private” or not is at the discretion of the third party
2) In the event that a transfer is not private, the hotel does not appear to need or feel it necessary to inform you.
This situation happened to me when leaving the island, having checked out early and being informed by reception which was my boat, I departed the island on said boat only to be made to turn around 90% into the journey as there was supposed to be another passenger. The hotel simply said this was the third party decision and whilst they were aware of it on the day, had not informed me (resulting in me traversing the stretch of water multiple times). All in all this was the cherry on an otherwise miscommunication-strewed cake (they never mentioned the private transfer had to be paid in cash, and they miscommunicated breakfast would start at 6:30 when in reality it is 7:30). On the plus side, the location is good for dive shops and the food was nice. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to family or friends.

Отель находится в нескольких минах ходьбы от дайвинг центров и 15 минут на тук-туке до пляжа. В номере есть полотенца, удобная кровать, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Горячая вода ( в моём московском понимании этого слова) была, но не всегда. В гостинице есть правило, что в номере нельзя пить. На территории отеля находится симпатичный и удобный бар с пивом/коктейлями. Очень приветливые ребята из персонала. Из минусов - рядом ведётся стройка, начинается она в 8 утра..

AAnya_ZThe most beautiful place to stay, so much so you might not want to leave and explore all Dalaguete has to offer! They have two complexes they use, each with their own pool and incredible view of the coastline. The rooms felt luxurious, and include a small kitchen. They also rent motorbikes for 250 pesos for 24 hours which was a game changer. Beautiful accommodation, friendly staff. I’d only say the location isn’t the best because you can’t walk to the beach (it’s over 2km’s away and on a hill), but with the motorbike, it’s not a problem.

Tucked away from the crowds, it offers stunning beach views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. the peaceful setting was just what we needed to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the water.
Oh, the staff were hospitable. I like the idea of the “HONESTY-Basis” of the restaurant. and yeah, they have a friendly pack of dogs you can play along with. 💕💕💕

AAlex Le HoangAbout the room: Price is around 2,200Pesos (40 USD) per night for 2 people. They dont provide hair dryer, slippers in rooms. There're only 2 towels, no mat for CR. Air-con is Philippine traditional style which means it's somehow noisy but acceptable. The utilities in toilet are poor. Luckily they still have hot water even though the shower head is not functioning well.
They let us check in early (11am) because there's available room.
The best thing about this resort is the view. It's stunning and adorable. I enjoy taking a rest here.
Food in restaurant is also quite affordable.
The location is not far from the Consuelo port, but it costs 300peso (5USD) to ride a tricycle 1 way (hotel to port).

BBea tiWonderful stay — the hotel has an excellent location near the port, making it easy to reach with luggage, and it’s just a short walk from beautiful Bounty Beach and many restaurants. Breakfast was simple but complete, and the property is in great condition with all the comforts needed for life on Malapascua Island. Everything was very clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The garden is well maintained — I would definitely stay here again!

LLoy T YBeach accommodation is near the beach. Walking distance to white sea beach which is a public beach. The restaurant and bar is nice for food and drinks during the daytime and at night. To get to most hotels in Moalboal, motor tricycles are used more frequently. Negotiate the price before using the services. Hotel staff is helpful to get things for you in the township if you wish (food or anything) just be nice to give a tip as the travel from hotel to the town is very far. Hotel staff was nice to send me to the bus terminal station when I checked out by motorcycle as I was only a single person. Else ask the staff to make arrangements for traveling out to the township.

- minimal amenity kit (no toothbrush and toothpaste, 1 little soap for 4 days)

Mmariel finthe place was so nice and people were accommodating my family very well. i am currently staying in japan and i booked this hotel for my family for there new year vacation and when they got there the confirmation booking was smooth and my mom told me that even the staff there often ask if they're comfortable with the room and if they lack something like knife or basic utensils because they can lend them there's. When my mom ask for a possible motorcycle rent one of the staff did not hesitate to provide solutions and shared amazing spots that must be visit within the area free of charge and provided tips on how to get there. the wifi was never a problem. the room was clean and the towels smell amazing. Overall i would recommend this place specially with its budget friendly prize and the people there are nice. :) leave a like if this helps :D

The room I stayed was facing a very noisy road filled with traffic noise and it’s surrounded by local houses with noisy roosters that start at 3:30 am. There’s no swimming pool as it shows in the pictures. It’s under frozen construction which was right over my room. There’s no hot shower.
The owner is very sweet and welcoming! Very nice lady Ruby. She gave many useful tips about the island and helped with booking the diving course.
If you’re not a diver, this place is not the best option for you. There’s not much to do on the island. It’s very undeveloped and there’s are only few stops to enjoy the beach life.
