„Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip. Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV. Just the makeup mirror didn't work. The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu. We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer.”

„We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.”

„The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend.”

„Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina – babcia, ponad 80-latka, dwoje dorosłych i dwoje nastolatków – wspaniale spędziła czas w hotelu Huangguoshu (Drzewo Żółtych Owoców) w Guizhou. Wodospad Huangguoshu to najwyższy wodospad w Azji, o wysokości 67 metrów i szerokości 83,3 metra. Cały malowniczy obszar Huangguoshu obejmuje 18 wodospadów, co czyni go największym skupiskiem wodospadów na świecie. Pobyt w hotelu był wspaniały. Naszym ulubionym daniem był smażony makaron na śniadanie. Po codziennej, pełnej przygód wycieczce do parku narodowego, rozkoszowaliśmy się przyjemnym prysznicem i mogliśmy spać spokojnie. Pokój był czysty i nowy, a na zewnątrz panowała spokojna cisza. W dniu wyjazdu nasz wcześniej zorganizowany transporter zmienił pojazd z 6-osobowego SUV-a na 21-miejscowego busa, na co nie wyraziliśmy zgody. Na szczęście kierownik hotelu pomógł nam skontaktować się z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za transport i zorganizował wygodny, 6-osobowy samochód, który zawiózł nas na dworzec kolejowy w Anshun. Personel hotelu to lokalni mieszkańcy, więc dobrze znają to miejsce i ludzi. Ten butikowy hotel jest gorąco polecany. Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina przywiozła ze sobą wspaniałe wspomnienia z pobytu. „從入住到退房都無可挑剔！前台服務熱情，客房服務也很及時。泳池水質好，小童城堡是遛娃神器，最關鍵是停車位多還帶充電樁，必須五星推薦！小酒館太有感覺了，駐唱氛圍好，自己也能上去吼兩嗓子。早餐豐盛得讓人選擇困難，客房服務細緻周到。泳池乾淨、停車也方便，下次還來！”

„I stayed in two hotels in Huangguoshu. The two are too good to compare this. It is very new and clean. The hotel is very design. I saw the boss and stayed happily for two nights. „i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。”

„Highly, highly recommend this hotel!!! I traveled to Huangguoshu Waterfall by myself, so here's my review. First, let's talk about the hotel overall. The front desk service was excellent and left a great impression on me. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, and the restaurant is quite large (though there are local specialty restaurants right outside, which I think are better for experiencing local flavor). Then there's the room! It was comfortable and clean, really hard to find any fault with it. Plus, the smart home features made the trip even more worthwhile. P.S. Huangguoshu Waterfall was truly magnificent during this period, but unfortunately, due to the rainy season, some areas were inaccessible. It's a shame, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!”

„The counter staff were friendly and courteous. Even the cleaning lady was very helpful. The hotel is walking distance to the entrance of Huangguashu Waterfall. There are many restaurants nearby.”
